Maria’s POV

I woke up to find Ethan sleeping on the bed beside me, his face looked calm and relaxed in his sleep, his golden hair had fallen over his face, shielding a bit of his face from my view, I reached out and brushed the hair away, my heart skipped a bit when my eyes rested on his face, he was beautiful, he looked like an angel, everything about him was always so calm and serene, I wondered how perfect he would have been if my mother had not ruined his life.
