At the same time, Sam and Harvey were both perplexed by the sudden appearance of Charles’s twin brother. They were both unaware of it.
Apparently, he was an accomplice of Kelly from the start. Since his motives are not clear, they were puzzled why did he choose to help Kelly if he’s Charles’s twin brother.

Mrs. Wilson was waiting already for their arrival when Harvey informed her earlier that Sam was with him already. She ran outside the house when she saw Harvey's car.
