She blinks at me a few times and then suddenly grabs me into a tight hug. "Thank you. Thank you. That was fantastic. Better than I'd even hoped for." After a minute or so of silently holding on to me, she continues. "The photographic memory suggestions worked. I can remember everything so clearly. It's like watching a movie, but I am in it." After a few more seconds, she pulls back enough to look at my face. "When did you and Keith add this Misty character to the script? She seemed so real." "Uh...yeah. About Misty. You should come look in the guest room."

“Idiot, later, you should know how to answer grandfather’s questions. If you dare to talk drivel, I can guarantee you that from now on, most of your life will be spent lying on the bed.” The disdain, threat, mixed with ridicule as well as blatant hostility had nevertheless provoked the slightest amount of anger on the person that was sitting on the bed. I had tried to block out unpleasant memories. I never fully understood why Misty hated me so much, but now I was beginning to. Flashes of blocked memories began to surface, and all at once, I remembered every time Misty had lied to get me in trouble.

The air was thick with anticipation, as if the walls themselves held countless untold stories. I approached the reception desk, where a young woman with piercing blue eyes and an enigmatic smile greeted me. Her name tag read "Lena." "Welcome to Memoria," she said, her voice soft yet confident. "How may I assist you today?" "I... I've heard that you can erase memories," I stammered, my voice barely above a whisper. "Is it true?" Lena nodded, her gaze unwavering. "Yes, it's true. Memoria specializes in memory alteration. We help individuals who seek to escape the pain of their past, to start anew."

Mark said pretty much excited and before I could say no, he was out of sight, "Hmm" I sighed softly,I miss her, I missed her so much. If wishes were horses, if only wishes were horses. I didn’t see things like when you would die, it was more the immediate future, like when I was in trouble, I saw those five or ten minutes ahead, mostly the disappointment in Adara’s eyes and for now it was always a future that directly impacted me. Like mist able to blind you instantly, I too was blinded, by life, by love, by hate and by my own arrogance.

My hand tightened instinctively around his as I steadied myself, Then I saw it. A hidden opening. Behind the waterfall. A cave. The sound of rushing water dulled everything else, like the world outside had been cut off. “Do you remember this too?” Arnold asked. I looked at him, confused. Really confused now. “I don’t know what you want me to remember,” I said slowly. “This is my first time here.” And I meant it. There was no flicker. No memory. Nothing. “It’s fine if you don’t,” he said.

He saw her in front of him, in this dim hallway, on the wall, her lips slightly red from the kiss and something was written in her eyes that he just couldn't identify. As they drove up the hill to the houses, the car jerked and Alissa's knee repeatedly bumped against his. He was happy when Liam parked and quickly opened the door. He absolutely needed a little distance from Alissa, he couldn't lose sight of his task, there was no time for a woman. "We have to get ready now, the Masons are coming in twenty minutes." Joshua noted with a look at the clock and they said goodbye.

The door closed softly, so I couldn't recognize the man. My eyes became wider and I immediately hugged myself. My lips were still parted when I saw how thick the white blanket was that was wrapped around my body. My heart was beating fast, and I was terrified at the thought of what might have happened to me. I don't even remember how I got to this place. I'm not even sure if it's a hotel or a mental hospital! All I see is white! What did you do last night at the engagement, Mayu?! I closed my eyes tightly and tried to remember what happened at the party. But nothing else comes to my mind but the small empty box. After that, I don't remember anything; my vision just went dark.

Misty was a lovely young lady with an angular face and fair skin. Her eyes were especially captivating; they seemed to shimmer and communicate on their own under the dim lighting. Christopher was slightly inebriated, his thoughts fuzzy and his face etched with confusion. His brain had shut down at this time, and he did not give any thought to why Melody was there. His entire being craved for her and was completely under her spell. "You…Why are you...?" Misty assumed he was referring to her identity and responded with a gentle smile, "It appears that you recognize me. What a happy coincidence."
