Before they knew it, they were all sucked inside the book, screaming. They fell in a heap like the first time they arrived in Ancient Egypt. It was as though they were thrown there. Only that, Mazoi was now included in this journey with them. They groaned as their bodies hit the hard floor, making them feel the pain for a little while before they could move to stand up. “I wish I could just stand up next time and not fall hard face down the floor,” Eric complained and groaned again. “Right. Do something next time, Elise,” Diana suggested to her.

The guards and I returned to the pack, instead of going to the chamber or office, I decided to go to the library, still confused about what happened earlier today. I picked up a book,it was all about sorcerers. I didn't pick interest in it since they have been forbidden by all wolf packs. Curiosity got the better part of me because no normal wolf would make the woods not able to catch fire without the help of a sorcerer or someone who practised one. I returned the book to the shelf,I sat on the table, remembering everything that has passed through, all leading to the betrayal of someone. I was still in thought when I saw a shadow pass me with speed, immediately I was alerted.

I stare at the book, at the faint light illuminating it. That man was a sorcerer. I’m dead sure of it. Why did he look like my dad? Was that some kind of spell to hide his real identity? Was he really shocked to see me? Or was I just imagining what I wanted to? With a long, deep breath, I open the book. It’s almost a relief to see empty pages. It must have some kind of protective spell on it as well, like the other books. This book— taken from a sorcerer rather than a victim, is an amazing lead. In fact, seeing the sorcerer at the accident site is a huge lead too.

The note read, "This book belonged to the sorcerer who created the magical bird. It may contain information that could help you." Noelle thanked the guard and opened the book, flipping through the pages until she found what she was looking for. The page contained a spell that could only be cast by a powerful sorcerer, but it was the only way to capture the bird without harming it. Noelle knew what she had to do. She quickly summoned Nathan and together they made their way to the sorcerer's chamber, hoping to find someone who could help them cast the spell. As they approached the door, they heard a loud commotion inside.

Then, to my surprise, he took a step closer, his hand reaching out to brush mine. As his hand lingered on mine, repulsion battled with my desperate need to keep him close. This was my escape plan and I needed to learn more about his vulnerabilities. Just as his face moved towards mine, the oak doors creaked open, shattering the moment. I let out a breath, relieved and grateful for whoever it was. We both look up and see a cloaked figure standing in the doorway. It was the sorcerer, the one who had snatched me and brought me north after the battle.

He stepped back, faster than I’d expected, and flicked his wrist. A shockwave blasted from his palm, throwing me back with a force that cracked through my ribs like lightning. I slammed into a jagged wall of stone, gasping for air as pain flared white-hot through my chest. Around us, the other warriors surged forward—blades drawn, teeth bared, fury blazing. “Get him!” one of the elders bellowed. But the sorcerer merely raised a single, skeletal hand—and whispered something in a language colder than death. In a heartbeat, they all froze.

Her eyes never left my own as she recounted the tale of the death of the love of her life. "Who was this sorcerer?" I asked her, needing to know the man responsible for the death of my father and the cause of my miserable childhood. "His name is Draven." I just saw him did this kind of thing, maybe Siva is the only one who can make him do it. A few moments more, her some kind of ritual ended. The book landed on Zachary's table in her command. And then it opens by itself. The moment we saw what is written on it, we understand what the book was pointing at. "Black Magic of the Sorcerers. Wow, you mean what is written on it is full of magic?" Hunter asked.

He fell forward with an audible thud, and she quickly took his guns and a single grenade. She moved forward until she is finally in a distance of a few meters from her father's and Lucas' location. While not to far away, she noticed Helen battling intensely with the dark enchantress as magic of light and darkness collided in an intense clash, that made the very air cackled with raw energy, setting the their battlefield ablaze. "So this is your abode?" Adolf asked the duke's son while his gaze lingered on the clashing sorceress. "Yes." Lucas replied, tone filled with authority. "It is a chaos for now but I will have this clean up after."

Giselle looked at the man not knowing why she was here. Uzair raised his hand and a book appeared. He opened it and started ready loudly. "F i r s t... l i f e. H e a l e r... n i g h t... j a s m i n e ... a n d... d i e d... i n... t h e... h a n d s... o f... w o l f... s p i r i t. S e c o n d... l i f e.
