My hair stood on end as black smoke pooled from the circle. It swirled around us, filling the room with the smell of sulphur. I wrinkled my nose, forcing myself to breathe through my mouth. I waited for him to appear, but then the smoke vanished, and the room warmed up again. "Well, so much for that plan," Kier scoffed, and I shook my head.

He clenches his fist into a ball, glaring down at the water. "The seas are marked by Assan, the king of the seas. He's now covered in Assan mark, blending in with the scent of the sea." The small, green trees on the roadside swayed as the strong wind hit them. Then he finally stopped. I guess we've reached the highest point because I can now see the night view of a beautiful cityscape. It's vast and bright, as the breeze blows soft across my face. "I come here when I want to cry, but I never once did." he took a deep breath, "After my accident, I was in a coma for almost 6 months. I woke up feeling empty, I don't know anyone.
