Everyone laughed. Eventually, we settled on an old family movie. ‘Addams family’ to be exact. We all agreed that it had the elements we were all looking for. For a moment, I wished this was what everyday could be like: no noise, no drama, no pressure. Just us, here, in this house that somehow didn’t feel foreign anymore. When we finally said our goodbyes to the Monroes, I decided then that I would do whatever it took to preserve that moment… My phone buzzed then, so did Alison's and Cassie's. It was a post from the community app:

Harvey ask. "Not familiar, I'm into action and sci fi movies." he smiles. "Can we watch it?" "Sure." Henry's smiles never fade. "Yehey!!!" the three kids chorus then they sat around him, Hans on his left, Hailey on his right while Harvey on his lap. The movie was almost in the middle of the story when Henry accidentally yawns. "You're bored Dad?" Harvey disappointedly asked. "No...." he quickly denied. "It's obvious Dad!" Hailey added.

I argued. The chicken was delicious, every piece of it. The movie was quite interesting till the end when I had consumed a family-sized chunk on the first watch and was whirling cold beer. Once again, I was feeling like a homeboy without duties knocking and never had to think about not having someone around. I laughed out pointing at the clip blunders--things a kid would laugh over.

Christian suggested watching a movie together, and they all agreed it was the perfect way to wind down after a day of fun and excitement. They gathered around the large screen, popcorn and snacks in hand, ready to immerse themselves in the world of cinema. Christian scrolled through the movie options, finally settling on a classic comedy that they all loved. The room filled with laughter and shared moments as they watched the movie, their bonds of friendship and family growing stronger with each passing scene.
