Medicine after that.” Alan’s face instantly scrunched. “It’s bitter.” Annabelle arched a brow. “And candy after. You want the sweet, you gotta take the sour.” Alan’s groan was dramatic, making both parents laugh. With much coaxing—Richard holding the spoon, Annabelle promising two candies instead of one—he finally swallowed the dose. His little tongue stuck out in disgust. “Yuck! Worst thing ever.”

As much as possible he didn't want to see Candice anymore since the latter started showing some interest in him. "Ahm! I always love beefy casserole. Here, try some!" She stuffed a cube of meat in his mouth and because it was sudden he wasn't able to shun it. He reluctantly chewed the food while frowning at her. "It's delicious, right? Oh, there's a sauce left at the corner of your lips!" She even took the napkin and wiped Albert's mouth.

Keila said before starting to make coffee. "Hey, guys? I'm here," Nissy remarked, grumbling. Nissy then approached Bianki, Minerva, and Zillo's positions to join them. She overheard them discussing Alicia Yao. Nissy recognized then that it was a highly important matter. But, because she was annoyed that no one was paying attention to her, she decided to tease them. "By the way, did you know that Alicia is Alpha Colt's ex-girlfriend?" Nissy blurted out.

She told me about her childhood friend Zoe, he's Tania's younger brother. "Sorry Hector, nice to meet you." She said quietly and smiled. Hector smiled widely. "Same here, so can I call you Candy now?" He asked and she nodded. "Great! Alex who's Zoe?" He asked, looking at me. "Candy's best friend back in New York." I replied as I took a bite from my burger. "Okay." He said and continued eating. I looked at Candy she's still not eating. "Candy what's wrong?" "I don't like french fries, I'll prefer sandwiches." She said simply.
