Serra's eyes widen and her jaw dropped when Viktor's body was changing. His clothes was ripped apart to pieces as his skin darkened and his muscles starting to grow. His body was deforming. His feet grows into an enormous clawed feet, a tail grows on his butt, his arms stretched and tipped with sharp claws, and his mouth stretched into a snout like a lizard. Huge wings grows on his back and his skin turned to a dark and hard rubber-like surface. Viktor looked like a huge winged lizard, but his eyes were still brown and human.

Claire lay unmoving, unresisting under him as if she were already dead. Grey leaned down and spoke in her ear, but I couldn’t make out what he said. As he drew back, he began to morph. Tan colored fur erupted all over his body as his bones cracked and reformed into those of an enormous mountain lion. He snapped his massive jaw in Claire’s face, then bounded off, disappearing into the thick copse of pine trees.

The dust hadn't settled before the thing reformed. Two heads, yes, but the rest of it… humanoid. Two arms, two legs, a torso. It was smaller, denser, a predator condensed into a man-shaped vessel. The grotesque spider-leg forest was gone, replaced by a form that was somehow more terrifying in its familiarity.

I might be naive, but I knew how to read people! He groaned more, and suddenly he shifted to his form. His body becomes bigger in the shape of a lion, then his head formed in a shape of an eagle with three eyes. Some black wind surrounded him, and the earth shook as he roared. Trees broke, birds flew away, then the borderline glitched. Something that scared me.

The very essence of his being seemed to shift, as if the boundaries of his humanity were being pushed aside to make way for the raw power of his wolf form. This made Diana’s frown to deepen. Ounce per painful ounce, change surged around the body of Gelong. What was once his lean body grew into a scaled and feathered serpent’s lithe stature. The innocent face distorted into the fierce contours of a predator. Its brown hair grew and, from the tips, the color changed into a snow-white one like Gelong’s hair. His limbs turned into masculine legs, sporting pairs of razor-like claws. The flapping wings almost blew Diana away, her hands reaching to her belly in instinct.

Suddenly, I heard sharp cracking sounds emanating from his body. As I watched in horror, his skin began to ripple and change, and fur sprouted across his arms and torso. Claws extended from his fingers, glinting menacingly under the dim light. The transformation was surreal, almost unimaginable, as his form continued to shift into a beastly figure.

The result is the same as he had expected. The Formless one becomes stronger after it feeds a drop of his blood. Its body becomes slightly redder, he tried to let it transform to become a more complex organic mechanism, but the result disappointed him. The Formless one doesn’t have any organs and cannot understand how organs work. It's like each drop of the Formless has a mind of its own, but it works under one collective mind to comply with his command. In short, it can only mimic the outside appearance but not the behavior or personality. For example, it can transform into a bird, but when it’s eating, instead of using its beak, it’ll transform its beak into a formless liquid to melt its p
