Roommates

Roommates

he complained out of the blue and she could feel her face grow red. "Whatever." she hissed. "We can't be and will never be room mates." she said sternly. "Why?" he asked and she looked at him like he said the earth is flat. "Because for one, you're a guy. Two, you're annoying. Three, you're a stalker and four, you just impersonated your sister." she explained counting her fingers as she did. "Let me clear that out for you. One lots of girls have male roommates. Two, I am the list chasing person ever. Three, I'm definitely not stalking you. Fate just have a way of leading me to you." he winked at her and she rolled her eyes.

The Roommate Game

The Roommate Game

"You ignored me when I called you, and now you slap me in the face!" I widened my eyes like I was clueless. "Huh? You called me? I didn’t hear." Then, I deliberately plucked out my wireless earbuds, even though no music was playing. "Maybe I was listening to music." Rachel froze, grinding her teeth. "You did it on purpose." The other two roommates jumped in right away. "Lila, were you deliberately ignoring Rachel?" "Are you still mad? She only left you out because she thought you were busy with Student Office work. You totally twisted her intentions."

His Reluctant Bride

His Reluctant Bride

He was always on her case for not using sunscreen, "You're literally the most chill woman I ever met, you don't care about your weight, you don't make a fuss about makeup every time we have to leave the house. You love food and don't even mind it when I leave the toilet seat up. Are you a godess in disguise," He said with an exagerated eyebrow rise that made her laugh. "Oh, poor you. You have no idea. I'm a very annoying roommate, You will find it out soon enough. I think Paul could write a three book series on his life with me until he finally moved out,"

Angel's Work

Angel's Work

It may sound like an old 1900's dialogue, but Partying and going out with friends was like a dream back then. Uni was proving to be amazing so far, my roommate was the most important thing that had to be good. Because I had to stay with her in a single room for three years straight and if she turned out to be a hater then we will have problems. I would prefer someone who keeps it to themselves and not poke their leg in my business. Nosey roommates are the worst. Cafeteria was easy to locate in comparison to the study halls, mostly because there was so much noise coming from behind those double doors, it was hard not to locate it.

Being Mr. Hunt's Wife

Being Mr. Hunt's Wife

Lou: "Why did your roommate use your apartment for.... that?" Alura huffed. It was just absurd, because she was about texting her ghost husband about Nessa's sex life. But she was careful not to give too much information. "My roommate is just wild compared to me," she typed back rapidly. "She probably thought she was being helpful by 'testing the strength' of my new bed. She's.... a lot. But she's a good friend, even if she's insane."

Roommates with a Curfew

Roommates with a Curfew

I immediately fished out my laptop from my cupboard and called Mum on Skype, I knew she would be at home at this time. “Hi Muma, I am finally done settling in, I just wanted to let you know I missed you already”, I could feel a really bright stupid smile on my face as I got up from my bed to show her the room, that if someone entered the house right now, they would think I was about to go crazy, but I didn’t care because my mum was my all. “Hi sweetie, I’m so proud of you baby and I’m sure your dad would be too”, I heard her sniffle a little but in a second, she wiped her eyes and smiled at me then continued “So tell me, how is everything going, how is your roommate, did you tell her how pis

The Quarterback's Roommate

The Quarterback's Roommate

I had to look away. I turned toward the living room where a sloppy game of beer pong was starting up teammates shouting, chanting names, plastic balls pinging off cups. Anything to distract from the fact that my stupid, book-obsessed roommate was messing with my head more than any championship game ever had. He didn’t belong here. Not in this sweaty, reckless, too-loud world. And yet somehow, in the middle of it all, he was the only thing I could see. That scared the hell out of me.

A Sister's Jealousy

A Sister's Jealousy

"Why would you choose to live with a stranger instead?" "Because a dormitory is what I want." I exaggerated the three last words. "Have you done your research on this room mate?" She inquired, crossing her legs and sitting in a way so she faced me directly. "Why do I have to? It's a room I'll own too, her activities should not be my problem." I said. "Yes, they shouldn't. But, they could affect you." She pointed out. "But I am twenty- two." I tried my best to sound calm, ridding myself of any possible anger that dared to rise.

CLAIMED BY MY EX-HUSBAND UNCLE

CLAIMED BY MY EX-HUSBAND UNCLE

His face was buried inside that he didn't even noticed I had entered into the room, the bitch who is being fucked gave me a sly smile. With an irritated face I walked out of the room. I didn't care, I just got pissed that I had to look at that rubbish that was going on in there. "What's wrong?" My roommate was just trying to get on my nerves, she must have heard perfectly what was going on there but she just wants to hear my version of madness "What exactly do you want me to say?" I sincerely got tired of my silence and had to break it. "Are you heartbroken? Owww, it's not yet your turn." She mocked.

Bully stepbrother

Bully stepbrother

I bark below his tall frame towering above me. He tugs his hair back behind his ear and looks down at me with quizzical eyes. “Why do you like to complain all the time?” He shakes his head, appearing confused. Dickhead. “Did I cry when Mr. Tiny Shirt or your female friend from the down floor came here? Or do I grit my teeth at your friend, A****n? No. Because I was patient. So, me making use of this place now is as fair as this should be, for you’ve been taking too much benefit of this place more than I did. Take this as a righteous percentage share of a roommate.”

Stephanie Estrada
I loved this book, although Caden was such a jerk, after getting into it and realizing why his character was like that, it made a lot of sense. I'm so glad I came across this book, it's one I would read over and over again. Author, you did an overall excellent job, I hope to read more from you soon.

Caden makes me so angry. I genuinely hate him. Love the main character though. Very good writing, I wish our main character could find someone who doesn’t give in so easily or like if our main character could have pepper spray or something to stand up to him.
