The wolves had been formed at a particular period on the ancient times when a severe pandemic known as the Vampire syndrome broke up amongst the wolves. The vampire syndrome seemed to have caused a kind of alteration in the genes of the wolves that lived during that time, hence they started to give birth to infected babies which they later called The outcasts.
