The fireflies that were gathered in one place looked like the stars in the dark sky, adorning the darkness in the garden. Cameron walked over. “Why are there so many fireflies?” He looked back at her. “This isn’t something that you see every day, is it?” Cameron stretched out her hand, intending to touch them, and the fluorescent lights scattered instantly. The lights lingered around her, and she laughed. “This is so pretty.” Waylon stopped beside her. “I didn’t lie to you, did I?” Daisie turned her head around, looked at him, and laughed. “Just how boring can you be? You actually choose not to sleep in the middle of the night and bring me out here to see fireflies.”

They consist of different colours, but gold dominates. My lips parted in awe. I slowly raised my hand to try and feel them, but they flew away. “They're beautiful, aren't they?” he asked in a soft tone. “They are...” I said breathlessly. I've never been in a place like this. All these things that has happened recently have been new to me, I felt like I was only dreaming. It's too good to be true.

As Olivia looked up at the fireflies, she noticed a sudden flash of light on the horizon. The light streaked across the sky and disappeared.

Sirena suddenly exclaimed, looking away from James to watch the glowing little creatures flying around them. James chuckled at Sirena’s sudden shift in mood, her excitement like that of a child. "Yes, there are lots of fireflies here at night. That’s another reason this place is special," he said, watching as Sirena tried to catch one of the fireflies with her fingers. Sirena looked at the tiny lights with wide eyes, then slowly opened her hand as a firefly landed in her palm. "They’re so beautiful," she murmured in awe.
