I could see she had been crying. “Yes, I’m Maddie. But I don’t want to go back home. She nodded but was very quiet when they returned home. Maddie knew that ‘Dead Meadow’ was playing in the town hall in Hintlop. She wanted to go there. Raven and Wolf still had something to do, so she traveled alone through the tunnels that took her to the town hall in Hintlop. As a result, she knew immediately that the church was not a safe area to arrive. Tunnels had the power to take you somewhere else when the normal way out could be dangerous. She thought that little magic to travel was just enough to use.
