Bramantyo tak sadar jika dirinya mengalami keanehan dengan kehidupannya. Dulu, ia adalah seorang yang periang dan senang bergaul dengan banyak teman. Diana mencarinya karena ia mencintai Bramantyo dengan tulus dan ingin merawatnya hingga sembuh. Hingga akhirnya saat Bramantyo dinyatakan sembuh, Diana pun menyatakan kembali perasaannya pada Bramantyo. Keduanya berniat melanjutkan kembali hubungan walaupun keadaan Bramantyo yang berbeda dari sebelumnya. Pertentangan Diana dengan keluarganya membuat Bramantyo sedih, ia memutuskan untuk berpisah dengan Diana. Namun Diana menolak dan memilih Bramantyo karena perasaannya teramat besar pada pria itu. Mereka pun memutuskan untuk menikah dan pergi dari keluarganya sejauh mungkin. Berhasilkah Diana meyakinkan keluarganya?
