It was a new day, a brand new day but this time around, the morning sun wasn't out yet. The weather was in a mixed mood. It was as if the weather was also not happy about Mr. Evidence's situation. It was 7:00am in the morning but it looked as if it was 6am. The weather wasn't in a happy mood at all!

Morning. We had until morning.

The sun was a quarter away before setting beyond the horizon. The different pace of time was slowly triggering her jet lag, which was extremely troublesome. Thankfully, no signs of familiar entities looking for her appeared but that doesn’t mean she would let her guard down. It not that she wouldn’t go back but she just wanted the stroll she always does before, something like that. After hours of sauntering around, they decided to take a rest and fill their stomachs by a bistro they managed to find.

The morning after truth did not feel like dawn. It arrived without ceremony, pale and strained, as if the sun itself were unsure whether it was welcome.
