Beta Level Mutants Novels & Stories

They started pulling him away when his arms slipped suddenly attacking Travis head on. Travis jumped midair and when he landed, he was on all fours. The rogue growled at him. He looked at the warriors and nodded his head. They need to step away if they don't want to get entangled in the fight. This rogue needs to taste his own medicine and teach him that he should not mess with the beta and the pack. He attacked once again but Travis easily dodged it and bit him on his back earning a little cry from the rogue. The rogue snarled, he didn't like what the beta did. He backed away slowly and lowered his body for an attack. He growled and pounced at Travis. Travis tried to pry him off but the rog

I think I’ve had enough of their shīt and them believing they are taking her away. “He’s right.” Melody’s dad answered, stopping the alpha from spitting his venom. He wiped his tears and stood to his feet. “Thank you, Beta.” “You can call me Axel. And no need to thank me.” “We will be back tomorrow, Axel.” The alpha stated, eyes glaring. “You can call me Beta.” I informed him, standing taller to show him I was not at all intimidated by him. “Okay. Well, we will get going,” her father declared, feeling the tension heavy in the room. “Please let us know if anything changes. I can come at any time.”

" He's the alpha of the pack here, the one I joined when I came back. Alphas have the ability to cause pain mentally, to control their pack members if necessary, but they seldom use it." "I can't believe he'd do that to you." "Don't be too hard on him. He's trying to protect all of us - you included. In the first five years, uncontrolled shifting sometimes happens when you're angry or upset. It's not the same as the full moon shifting - you're not a fully-fledged monster - but you don't have complete control of yourself either. "People have gotten hurt in the past." "Will Derek be angry you're telling me all of this?

At that, the wolf in front of her turned his glare to me, like I was the one who was in the wrong. "Do not speak of my mate in this way, human." He growled at me. Before I could open my mouth to call him a piece of shit for protecting this hearless bitch, Travis came out of nowhere and grabbed him by the throat, lifting him off the ground by at least a foot. "Talk to my mate like that again and I will rip your balls off with my bare hands." He hissed at him. I knew Travis was the Beta, which apparantly gave him more power than this wolf I had not yet met, so he immediately began to beg.

, you don’t have to. That is too much.” Marcel countered. “We have agreed that it is well within our means. It’s alright to ask for and accept help?” Cyan responded. “Thank you, Cyan. I promise we will pay you back as soon as possible.” Wyett insisted. “We take care of our own.” Cyan smiled. “I never thought this would ever happen to our pack. Alpha Camus was the greatest leader we had in the history of the pack. We used to move every year because the humans became suspicious. He found us a home that was perfect for us. He cared for every member and made sure we had everything we could ever need.” Wyett lamented. “It happens to the best of us. Sometimes someone believes they can do better or

He bends slightly at the waist, but he doesn't seem to be in as much pain as he should be. I can admit that I don't know a lot about werewolves, but I'm very knowledgeable about their ranking system. Aston is a Beta, and Blake is an Alpha. That alone indicates that Blake is stronger than Aston. By the look of things, though, I'm not sure how true that actually is. Blake looks surprised as well. I guess he expected to put Aston on his ass, but clearly that isn't happening.

From what she knew, Beta's had to work for it after they made it through the 30 day trial. "No, can I tell you something?" He asked. Juliette nodded. "Well, not many people know it, but Beta's are only created. Beta's are a type of Werewolf, not a second in command. If the King dies, I will not take over his role, but I will stay the Beta," he explained, Juliette frowned. "That's not what I was told." "Beta's are just a shield. We came much before the Alpha's did. Our blood created the Alpha species, which now rule...We were created from a mutation in human genes, which we like to call lycanthropy."

‘I won’t become like him or you. ‘So you say.’ A bubbly giggle erupted in my mind as Aldina pulled away and licked her lips. "We need to get going. I’m sure Kelvin is beginning to grow impatient. " Nodding, I got off the ground and wiped the drops of blood that were left behind on my neck. Once I checked in with Kelvin, I would be able to go and check in with Haidan as well. I needed to tell her that I was resigning as beta for the pack and would leave here for good. I probably should have done that at first, but there was only one thing on my mind as soon as I reached town.

my brows shoot up. "Two guys can't get pregnant" I shake my head, a laugh bubbling out of me. "It's only a rumor, we don't know if it's true," Alpha says. "How would that even happen?" I lean back in my seat. "We're not sure, we're still looking for answers. But another thing is, they advised you and your mate move into the pack house" he adds "Sooner rather than later" "Why?" "You're the beta of this pack, the safest place for you guys is here" Nolan says easily "It makes sense, and he's human. He can't protect himself"

She looked like a hurt puppy, not a Beta. Zacharias could not leave her alone. He took her to the healing chamber to patch her up. "It's her fault you're injured. I'll deal with this in her place." Once Yvonne was patched up, Zacharias tried to come back to the forest, but this time, Yvonne tugged at his shirt before he could leave. "Alpha, you're the pack's most important person. The woods are dangerous at night. I'm your Beta. I can't allow you to tread those grounds alone."
