Flames ablaze. Thundering roars. Heavy footsteps. Screams of fear. Deafening explosions. One being, that stands above all. The humanoid figure was tiny, yet it appeared so large. It was not an illusion. The large presence was from its energy that towers to the sky seemingly to no end. Its blazing eyes glared in bloodshot. The scene changed. Now a black black empty space filled the sight. One cannot tell whether one was closing its eyes or it just simply pitch black. Until another figure appeared but only for a brief moment and said a few words.

"So, I have a theory that something malicious happened inside our school that made the blind man that angry... to the point he was ghosting the school." My head suddenly ached, feeling the same spinning sensation before. I saw the blind man lying down the library as I have dreamed of. There was only him who's left inside. There was a gun. Probably mom's gun she left. The blind man's right hand hardly tried to reach the gun. A couple of trials and attempts made, until he successfully reached the gun and held it tight. He was bathing in his own blood, as he tried picking up a book placed on the floor. It was old and big. He tried to sit, hardly moving because of his blood lost.

he yelled louder that I couldn't help but shiver. "She's blind," someone let out in the crowd. I could feel my legs go weak. "Are you blind?" he asked, but I kept mute. "Don't let me repeat myself, are you blind?" he yelled in frustration. "Yes," I said with a teary and shaky voice. "A blind Mate," he yelled out for everyone to hear.

It was Hail staring at the blank papers, and his hair is white. "… Hail?" he called. Hail turned. Sybb’s eyes went wide. "Oh. Sybb." Hail muttered. His eyes are blank. "You told me to write, but – " he said and raised the blank papers. " – I can't write anything. Sorry." he told him and smiled.

I will not be the first to blink. We stare at each other, holding our gaze, neither one of us daring to blink. My eyes feel like they are being scraped with sandpaper, but I will not yield. Aria looks between the two of us. “Have you two gone and completely lost your minds? Stop this right now!” she says. I look at Johnny, his face just gives me more motivation. I will never blink again. Silence fills the air as the competition becomes fiercer. Johnny and I sit unmoving.

Nezeira felt the restlessness and said, "Is there something bothering you princess?" Euphenia, "Ohhhhh, actually I do have a question." Nezeira looked at her and said, "Please ask." Euphenia, "I have heard about Your Highness many times. Especially about your eyes. But….." Nezeira, "I wear black contacts. Trying not to draw too much attention."
