Blurry Eyes When I Wake Up Novels & Stories

Did dad do something to me again? I groan. Why do I feel like I've been hit by a Mac truck? I feel weak and sore. I feel like I'm trapped between awake and asleep, and the sleep is trying to pull me under again... but I need to wake up! I need to know what is going on... I blink my eyes open with superhuman strength. I didn't know when my eyelids gained a million pounds. I can barely make anything out in the haze. Everything is bright and blurry.

Sofiya I woke up with a terrible headache and vision so blurry that I could only see a person standing over me. I closed my eyes to try to get some of the tension out of my head, but that made things worse. The figure started to talk, and then it crouched down and moved toward me.

My vision is getting blurry and I close my eyes for a few seconds. “Jude, baby, what is going on?” I can hear Bonnie’s voice in the background, but I can’t even open my eyes. My head hurts so much that I feel like I am going to throw up.

Sitting on my bed, I felt a dull pain on my forehead as I creased it gently. My vision blurred as I closed my eyes, breathing in and out softly. I opened my eyes yet again as I tried to rub away the sleep fogging my vision. It felt as if I had slept forever.

"Are you experiencing any difficulties?" the doctor asked. "Ehm, just that my vision gets blurry with the glasses on... Yes, like I feel I'm going blind from the glasses," I added. "Oh, sorry about that," the doctor stated. "I think I will prescribe you new glasses to help with that. And please stay off them as often as possible, so it wouldn't damage your already-made progress."

CALI I woke up with my eyes blurred at first, there was nothing but a haze of light and shadow. Slowly, painfully, my eyelids fluttered open fully. A sharp ray of sunlight pierced straight through the window and straight into my skull. I groaned. I was sure I had never opened my window this wide. I hated too much light in the morning.

I close and open my eyes a few times, trying to force myself to stay awake and focus on the fight. However, the dark black spots are slowly creeping through my vision, making the blurry figures even worse. I don’t know how long they were fighting for and as they were both really blurry, I tried to move back as one of the blurry figures started walking back toward me, not knowing which one won.

By morning, I was having a swollen eye which was a result of lack of sleep, I also had a terrible headache thereby making my vision blur. I had a quick shower in my room and came downstairs for breakfast. Lesley was already sitting on the table, looking as handsome as ever. His piercing grey gaze fixated on me the moment he heard my footsteps on the stairs thereby making weak in the knee. "How are you feeling now?" He asked as I took my sit opposite him.

Everything feels fuzzy and confusing, like I’m trying to remember a dream that keeps slipping away from me. I suddenly hear my door creak open, which makes me jolt my eyes open immediately. The sound cuts through the fog in my brain like a knife. I blink several times, trying to focus my vision and figure out what time it is. The light streaming through my window tells me it’s early in the morning, but I have no idea exactly how early.
