I thought for a moment and eventually flipped the first page of the book open. A diagram showing a Pentagram was inscribed on the first page, and what became rather much creepier was the realization that it was glowing. I flipped to the next page and found words scattered across the book. They didn't make any sense despite being written in English; I couldn't find any meaningful insight from the wording. Almost giving up on the book, my eyes caught a piece of paper on the next page, and I flipped it open to find a sentence written on it.
