I cross my finger behind my back. It's been quiet and odyssey to get Justin's group to attend the fair. Tonight was finally the Halloween celebration and there was a special event there. The place would be all dressed up, and there would be modified attractions like a Haunted House and starting at ten pm they would put a the Elm Street saga on the outdoor theater. After all the preparation and how a lot of seniors had participated, practically everyone was going, but Justin's group almost decided to stay home and have a marathon on their own.

Everything about that bus screamed 'money'. 'What a sumptuous bus this is. I wonder how its interior is?' He couldn't help but admire the fine grand bus which was colored in red. After all, this was his old habit. To appreciate the beauty no matter if it belonged to a person or even a thing. Suddenly, the glass of one of the windows of the other bus slid open, and someone emerged out of it. "Aye! Yooo!! If it isn't the poor and miserable Ghost Busters team!? Eh!?" A guy with black hair tied in a ponytail with a patchy beard came into everyone's view as they heard his mocking voice.

3. The parade was fantastic this year, one of the best I'd seen. Costumed people of all stripes cavorted, marching around us while giant puppets danced and twirled through the air. Everywhere we looked, there was something to catch our attention, to engulf us in the Halloween spirit. Here a skeleton played guitar for a group of succubi, there a clown doll bounced on a pogo stick, while a man in leather pants and a chest harness juggled balls shaped like Jack-O-Lanterns. It was a scene out of Ray Bradbury, and I could tell from the permanent smile on her face that Maddie was eating it up.

Maddy’s POV For Halloween, Pine Creek lit up. The streets were flooded with lights, delighted little kids out for trick-n-treat, and costumed adults. When I came out of the house, Giselle and the crew were already waiting for me. We screamed at each other, thrilled. We checked out each other’s costumes, complimenting ourselves. “Doesn’t Maddy look like a real Harley Quinn, wow?” Giselle said, spinning me around to check out my costume.

One year stood out above them all and, as he waited for the signal and the attack to begin, his mind drifted back to the Halloween party that seemed so far away. The afternoon was crisp and bright, giving an illuminated sheen to the colorful leaves that clung desperately to the branches on the surrounding trees. Billy and lifelong friend Chuck Zimmer had received the invite to Buddy and Elain’s annual Halloween bash and the two were intent on finding costumes that would outdo everyone else at the party. The Halloween party was taking place in a tent which was mounted in our school garden amongst the trees, it was very pretty both on the inside and outside. They had installed fairy lights, glowing pumpkins all around even skeletons to make it creepy. Everywhere was glittery though, lots of girls had make up on their faces, even some boys had their faces painted, I won't lie, it did fit them!. It didn't matter if they just saw each other on a video chat yesterday, their duties and lives had required them to be too busy to spend such quality time together and Iris was ready to make the most of it.
