Bubbling Feeling In Chest No Pain Novels & Stories

Few hours back I was elated thinking about the contest and other things, but soon my heart beat started to race. A skipped beat, rapid fluttering in the chest, accompanied with a flip-flop sensation in the chest. My heart beat was faster and irregular. I wanted him to give me courage. Things came round very quickly, there had been no warning symptoms such as chest pain, palpitations or breathlessness. “Ugh!” I gasped in palpitation. The areas behind my ears were warm thinking about the city contest.

The loud sound of my fast-beating heart was proof of how on edge I was. My body had been feeling strange again for the whole day. My chest felt tight and at times it felt difficult for me to breathe. It was like something heavy had been placed on top of my chest and I couldn’t remove it. My body felt hot like I had a burning fever as I laid on my narrow bed. “Mhhmm…” I moaned left my lips. I squirmed on the bed as I clenched my thighs together. The heat in my body seemed to have worsened and there was an undeniable ache in my lower abdomen which slowly spread downwards to the point in between my thighs.

Coughing bloodily, her eyes still closed, she could feel her body temperature getting high, as every part of her was burning hot. Her lips quivered, and her teeths were chattering due to the cold, she still felt hot all over. Her chest hurt badly, as there was a steady drumming sound between her breasts, and a reverberation of agonizing pain upward till her collarbone, and it felt like her bones were breaking in pieces. Below the beating in her chest, there was a thick, spikelike pressure that was driving down to her belly, her as her freed hand clutched her stomach tightly.

I rub my hand hard over the center of my chest. For the last hour, I’ve had this weird, persistent tightness right behind my chest. It feels like a massive shot of adrenaline was dumped directly into my bloodstream, but I have absolutely no way to burn it off. My heart is beating, my jaw aches from clenching my teeth. I try to take a deep breath, but my lungs feel restricted, like there's something living inside. I am losing my mind, I think, staring down at the can. The stress is actually making me sick.

Tiny threads reach into her palm, tingling the bases of her fingers. “Got it?” Kieran asked. “Yes,” she said quietly. “Now,” he said, “follow it down. Where does it sit when you’re not flaring? Chest? Gut? Throat?” She frowned, tracing the sensation inward. It wasn’t a single point. It's more like a web—centered loosely behind her sternum, radiating out along bone and nerve. “Chest,” she said. “Mostly. Like… a second pulse.” “Good,” he said. “Now breathe. In for four. Hold for four. Out for six. While you breathe, tell it three things: not now, not scared, not trapped.”

Pale pink, gold-streaked. And still, I felt it. The hum was inside me. Constant. Gentle. But growing bolder. I pressed my hand against the center of my chest, just above where my ribs met, and closed my eyes. Nothing physically wrong, no pain, no wound, no fever. But something was… different. Something was awake.

"Or kneel in front of me!" My breathing grew uneven. My heart was pounding too loud and my vision blurred for a moment. And then I felt it. There was a strange heat coming from my chest. To be specific, it was coming from the symbol in my chest. It was not painful but it felt strange.
