Surrogate For The Traitor Alpha

Surrogate For The Traitor Alpha

He was kind of like me In some aspects anyways. “Since this incident occurred, have you tried exercising at all?” He asked carrying a weight. “Please help me give him two of this.” He told Caden and he brought it to me. “Okay, so we are going to start by actually doing some exercises. We will lift this weight off to first strengthen your lower body. This exercise is for your abdomen. Because you cannot start waking if your abdomen is not strong enough to carry the weight of your legs.” He said and carried the weight.

I was sure that if she opened an I*******m account, she would become very famous in the fitness world. “How much do you know about self-defense?” asked Danna. “I actually know very little,” I said honestly. “Alessandro was just teaching me basic positions and—” Danna clicked her tongue in distaste, and I frowned. “It's obvious we have to start from scratch, so we need to set up a cardio routine, a weights routine, and an endurance routine so we can barely work on basic positions as well as the rest of the general knowledge,” Danna said. I raised my eyebrows but kept my composure.

The Forgotten Secret

The Forgotten Secret

What is wrong with you Dawn. I'll just train, it will make me feel better, stronger. Yes if I become strong, he can't hurt me right?. I started with crunches, then butterflies, tumbles, squats, hydrants, push-ups, splits, bridge, pull-ups, leg raises, and skipping. It hurt so much, my feet had blisters, my whole body was drenched in sweat, I could barely stand at this point.

Taming the Alpha CEO: Mine to Ruin

Taming the Alpha CEO: Mine to Ruin

I was wearing his shirt because I didn’t own workout clothes and it hung down past my hips and the shorts he’d found somewhere kept sliding down no matter how tight I tied the drawstring. He was in a black tank top and gray sweats and I tried not to stare at his arms but the tank top left absolutely nothing to the imagination and I failed spectacularly at looking anywhere else. “We start with basics.” He walked to the center of the mats. “How to fall without breaking your neck.” The next hours were just falling and rolling and getting back up and doing it again until every part of my body hurt in ways that had nothing to do with Selene’s attack and everything to do with hitting the mat appro

You Are Mine For Keeps.

You Are Mine For Keeps.

Pith explained. Before they began, Daisy thought her physical strength and stamina had improved after the last time, but she learned both were still nothing to write home about. They started out with bodyweight calisthenics, then progressed to tagging, where they tried to tag each other’s shoulders and knees while standing face-to-face and blocking countermoves. Parker was amazing at tagging, of course, but Daisy had just started to get the hang of it. The majority of the time, however, was spent covering groundwork and she really sank her teeth into that.

“I’m ready.” “We’ll see,” he replies, his tone laced with a challenge. He starts with basic exercises, the kind that seem deceptively simple until you actually try them. Morning Routine: Building Strength "You'll start with Push-ups. Proper form is key,” Ramon says, demonstrating. His body moves with fluid grace, his muscles coiling and uncoiling like a predator ready to strike. “Keep your back straight, core tight. Ten reps to start.” By the fifth push-up, my arms tremble, but I grit my teeth and finish.

“Much better, thank you. What’s on the agenda this morning?” “Glad you enjoyed yourself, Bronx. We were just looking at examples of workouts your doctor sent over from the pack trainers. It looks like you and your pack do about forty-five minutes of warmup and stretching before the meat of the program?” Doctor Khe gets right into it. I watch her slide her finger on a chart that has my name on the top. “Yeah. A cold start isn’t good for anyone and it makes it easier to shift to wolf form if you’re loosened up, so we take it seriously.” I fold my arms over my chest. “We’ve worked hard to create a program that is safe for all skill levels.”

I am so glad we get for of Kas and Bronx and all their friends. The storytelling is exciting and the characters are complex and evolving. There is quite a cast of characters but the author does an amazing job of introducing them and only including necessary information so that you are not confused.

What a cliffhanger. You are an amazing writer. The series would make a highly rated movie. I would love it, only if they would let Neener Beener write the script. Others commented on the research and it's amazing. Does anyone know if this series is available in paperback? I need to buy 6 books.......

"Running? Seriously?" "Interval running," Sloane corrected. "We start this morning: 6 x 400 meters, alternating pace, two-minute rest in between. Your ankles and knees can handle it—if your movement's prepped. I'll monitor your rhythm and adjust as needed. After that, bodyweight training: core, pull-ups, lunges, TRX." Lennox looked up at her. His expression wasn't angry. More... puzzled. "And the bag?" "This afternoon. Focused on technique. No brutal punches—angle work, form, movement efficiency. By then, your body will be warm and more responsive. You won't beat yourself to a pulp."

The Professor’s Mate: The Moonborn Legacy

The Professor’s Mate: The Moonborn Legacy

"We'll start easy like a build up." Mia clapped excitedly. "Show her the ropes and help her bring out that white wolf power before she gets into another danger." We headed to the backyard, grass soft under feet with sun beating down warm. Caleb led stretches first, body moving smooth as he demonstrated lunges and arm circles, muscles flexing under skin. Tension hummed subtle, his gaze lingering on me longer than necessary, sending heat flushing my cheeks. Mia cheered from a lawn chair, sipping water, but as we moved to basic drills—punches, dodges—frustration built quickly. Wolf teased inside, power flickering but refusing to surface, leaving me slow and clumsy.

A few warriors were already inside the gym and I did not appreciate their stares. "We need to start with something basic so I can create a training program suited for you, okay.?" I nodded. "You would try punching me first so I can gauge your strikes and hits and then you would do some jogging and weightlifting. Do you understand?" "Yes." She moved to the middle and stood. "Get into position and punch, Ariel." Nervously I stood two feet wide and raised my folded fists, then threw a punch. She did not bother to dodge, she caught my wrist.
