There were a few Vampires and Assassins hiding in some of the rooms in the cave, but Lucas and his Souled Vampires were handling that as the LIGHTS team members gathered in the cavern where Aaron was still lying on the floor, but at least the blood was hidden now beneath a sheet that Lucy had brought in with her from one of the bedrooms when she’d come a few minutes before Zane made his way in. Cassidy’s best friend, like the others, had tears streaking her face. Everyone was in a state of shock.

Despite his firm tone, his eyes were filled with fear; his prior proud and confident demeanor was gone.

"Calista …" Seeing the half-conscious Calista held tightly in Lucian's arms, the man rushed to their side. It was Hector. Lucian's tense body finally relaxed. He asked, "Why are you alone?" Hector bent down to check on Calista and sneered when he heard Lucian's words. "I'm here to see if you've kicked the bucket yet. If you're not dead, allow me to kick you down the mountain." Lucian said nothing. Hector fastened the flashlight to the buckle on his waist and reached out to take Calista out of Lucian's arms.

You almost died earlier and now you- Never mind” My mate rubs her temple with pursed lips.

Hector hung up abruptly and dialed another number. Shortly after, the call was answered. Hector ordered coldly, "Kill Alan." "Mr. Hendrix? Did Alan do something wrong?" Elvira asked in astonishment. "I don't need an idiot who exposes me and refuses to follow my orders!" Hector snapped. Elvira said, "Understood, sir!" - Meanwhile, Tyler smirked in front of his laptop. Axel smiled and congratulated, "Well done on hacking into the opposing party's computer, Ty. You're faster than me this time."

They weren't able to see the time. But before they said their goodbye, Amalia couldn't help but to think about how Hector miraculously made the Stavros stopped in messing with their lives. "Hector," Amalia called him. "Yes?" he said as he sipped on his glass with a blood on it. "I have a question." Alvino also looked at her, confused on what she's about to ask. "What is it?" Hector said. "H-How did you made the Stavros stopped? It's not that I'm belittling your ability as the leader of this vampire council but I'm just curious. They just disappeared, it's making me more confuse."
