The Hostage (Book 2 of The Arrangement Series)

The Hostage (Book 2 of The Arrangement Series)

“Well so far you have been two for two Leo. I’m game.” Leo smiled and spoke something to the driver. Not long afterwards the taxi pulled up to a charming café called Au Vieux Paris d’Arcole. It was a white building with a nice splash of teal on its sign and window frames, purple tables and chairs out front made a pretty contrast. White Christmas lights were strung along the front of it complete with fake snow and a large manger scene depicting the well known story of Jesus’s Birth. “In spring and summer, vines grow all up the front of it,” said Leo, “they say it’s the prettiest café in the city.”

it's a small cozy cafe named'BAKE MY LOVE',. Ahh rubbish.. people do alot of weird stuff for the publicity and guess what this name sucks to me.. Although I didn't like the name of cafe still looking at the interior I visited inside.. It was a cozy cafe filled with light music and a shelf of books... at one wall there written loads of quotes... One of the lady came to take my order, I didn't look at her and ordered the weirdest dish which they were serving.. GOOSEBERRY CHEESECAKE

The Cruel Alpha: Shouldn't Let You Go

The Cruel Alpha: Shouldn't Let You Go

Whatever the case, Louis might find his soul match at this gathering, and I want to be his bridesmaid. I was on my way to the PARK Café, which is named by an acronym for the four heroes who defend our pack. It was indeed a tranquil and peaceful cafe with vintage decorations inside. Every table maintains a safe distance to offer a sense of privacy. The aromatherapy candles on the tables added to the elegance of the cafe even more. This cafe gives soothing, enchanting vibes. I pushed the door open and walked to my usual seat, but someone was already sitting there. He probably sensed my gaze, turned around, and asked me, "Am I in your usual seat?"

The Alpha's Surrogate

The Alpha's Surrogate

Our sweet waitress greets us. " Hi, Ireen. Please open this bottle, serve it to booth 21, and make me Camellia tea. " The waitress nods. Camellia tea is our specialty, and the cafe is called Camellia Cafe. The flower Nikolas gave me inspired it not so long ago, and I returned to the booth, sitting before Xavier Alarie. We are quiet. My gaze is on my hands, and I cannot look him in the eye. He is so intimidating.

Alpha's Deceit: The Omega's Revenge

Alpha's Deceit: The Omega's Revenge

Ava's POV We decided to meet at lemon drops cafe, which was my favorite cafe in town. Lemon Drops Cafe had a really nice and cozy look. The tables were made of wood and had small vases with cute yellow flowers. The chairs were all different, it's like they were collected over time, giving a homey feeling. The walls had a mix of bricks and soft colors, making it a pretty background. The cafe got plenty of light from its big windows, and there were warm string lights hanging above, adding a nice touch to the environment. A big chalkboard showed the menu with tasty treats. The people working there always wore aprons with happy pictures of lemons. The counter looked a bit old but loved, where yo

Dragon's Gem

Dragon's Gem

Her belly jiggled like Santa’s belly giggled in the movies. The Café was packed as the two waitresses who were so light on their feet, moved around them and the customers. There was 8 booths, 9 small tables and a small bar seating along the far wall. The tables were black and the out line of the booths as well. The cushions and chairs were red. The one side of the room was packed with coffee machines with displays that were empty, but should be filled with baked goods. Rosalie jumped a little when a growl of frustration broke out of Mama Chika. “Rachel, where are those baked good I asked you to display?” Mama Chika called.

Sold To The Stongest Alpha

Sold To The Stongest Alpha

MAXINE I stopped in front of the cafe and read the sign. It was Howl's Cafe. I had managed to get a hold of Mark and convinced him to see me. It had taken a lot to make him come here today. I hoped he was here. As I pushed the door open and walked in, the scent of cinnamon and roasted beans filled my lungs. The bell at the top of the door rang, signaling my entry. My eyes scanned the small crowd in the interior and landed on Mark who was hunched over a steaming mug of coffee. I walked over to him and slid into the worn leather booth across from him.

I REPAY MY HUSBAND'S BETRAYAL

I REPAY MY HUSBAND'S BETRAYAL

Several waiters turned around and welcomed them. Helena was spoiled by the classic yet elegant interiors and the truly cozy atmosphere to enjoy a cup of coffee without much noise. The song playing inside the café reminded Helena of winter in one of the best chocolate-producing countries in Europe. This was not a coffee shop with a simple appearance, but one that offered comfort on a different level. “Have you ever been here?”

The Christmas Contract

The Christmas Contract

The café windows still fogged slightly from warm drinks and human conversation. Life hadn’t paused just because Melody left. Inside Evergreen Café, the air was thick with roasted coffee beans and melted chocolate. Soft Christmas music played from the speakers at the corners of the Café. The place was busy in the way small towns always were, familiar faces, quiet greetings, shared history hanging in the air. Cynthia sat stiffly at one of the corner tables, both hands wrapped tightly around a ceramic mug of hot chocolate. Her shoulders were tense. Her jaw was clenched.

Blue Moon Bed & Breakfast

Blue Moon Bed & Breakfast

“If you are going to walk around town, make sure you stop at Sophie Johnston’s Coffee Shop. I recommend the bear claws and coffee, the house blend. It’s not fancy, but it is a good cup of coffee. If you want something fancy, she sells local peppermint candy canes and stirring your coffee makes for a whole new Christmas tradition.” “Hm... I never thought of peppermint coffee. Maybe I’ll stop by to try it.” Eric smiled while he pocketed a couple of brochures. This man wasn’t the type of person to stay out long. Nor would he wander around with a candy cane sticking out of his cup. But you never knew. Many would try things here that were out of character for them. A sudden crash came from down t

Hello, so I just finish the 1st chapter, honestly, I think you introduced too many characters in the first chapter, why don't you focus on the MC and the husband and wife first. You can introduce the other staffs later when they play a role in the chapter. Good luck!

I love the way you tell us about all the different people that are going to be in the book. I like how each chapter is about one set of characters and how they are part of the whole tapestry of the story. Love that there's a Boggart in your book, they really are very mischievous but don't mean harm.
