The Luna’s Wrath

The Luna’s Wrath

Hel, Circe and Finvarra arrived not long after I took my place in the circle. I knew that Hekate, Selene, and Finvarra were the most on edge about Vincent and his increasing presence, which was becoming more blatant with his acts against them and their children. Hekate was the mother of all witches and magick; her witches were now hiding, fearful of being an unwilling sacrifice to him. Selene was watching many of her wolves' lives be taken, and had intervened as best as she could with several of the unaware warriors of the Blue Ridge pack. Finvarra was the Keeper of all the fairies. The forest surrounding the pack was already suffering from a lack of fairy presence. Life was no longer blosso

Professor Damaris also said that every Summoner has a spirit animal who can protect and guide them. The Healing Caste is the sixth caste in the Olympus wherein people like Dr. Foster have the ability to heal and revive someone from death. If not so, others from this caste can create different kinds of potions—good potions to be exact. Professor Damaris didn’t elaborate on it because she said that I’m able to know it soon.

that the money lent by the orphanage was just enough to last for a month. Good thing that my orphanage had an educational program which helped me finish high school and this aided me to get a job easily at the inventory department of Lyla’s Café. I must admit that everything went smoothly, maybe I was truly lucky. However, I still wanted to have that space wherein I don't have to think about anything, but even though I do, I don't want to become an empty space which is who I am at the moment. My thoughts went to a halt when I heard a loud bang from a harshly closed door and when I traced as to where it came from I saw a young lady wearing a light, white cocktail dress with hair so soft as t

FABLE

FABLE

Each telling of the tale varies, but the central theme is always that of a sea witch or sorceress who finds or kidnaps a beautiful girl, and raises her until fate intervenes in the form of a young man. Of particular interest to students of Celtic mythology is the male character, a romantic yet disruptive force. He is always depicted as either a seductive demon in the form of a beautiful young man, or a celestial angel, a pirate, a faery prince or a chivalrous knight. In light of this, the myth is notable for its connection to the band of heroes known by several names (most commonly the Fiacha Rudraigh or the Fianna) – a group of five warrior princes who appear in the Mythological, Ulster and

I continue to pace back and forth, mentally cursing myself for not being able to control myself. "What are you going to do now?" He asks. "Nothing, you're going to make some calls and find Circe for me." Circe is the witch queen. I have witnessed the things her magic can do, so I'm hoping she can help me with my situation. Circe's mother and my father were good friends, so Circe and I use to hang out a lot growing up. I guess you can say she was like my best friends or like the sister I never had, but when our parents disappeared we didn't have time to hang out anymore. We were too busy, now that we had big responsibilities.

I gotta admit that new original mythologies that aren't aimed at children definitely draw me in. I love werewolves and this story maintained my interest and entertained my imagination the whole way through. The hybrid thing was kind off a lay up but it served the story well. Final battle sucked.

I love this book! I wasn’t sad when I finished because I knew about the follow up book, Lycan Blood, which I just started. There was no doubt in my mind I was going to jump right in to the next book. The first one was so good, so well written from start to finish. Book 2 is is looking to be awesome!

An Act of Vengeance

An Act of Vengeance

Jessica stuttered. Yuri smirked at Jessica’s stunned expression. “Who do you even fucking think Persephone is?” Jessica’s eyes widened at the codename of the informant who had given her the information on the Phantom XIII of Hati. “Persephone is the name of the companion of the Goddess of Witchcraft, Hekate, in Greek mythology.” Yuri smirked at Jessica’s stunned expression. “That’s right. I am Persephone. You really should have done your research properly. I allowed you to get that information on purpose.”

I headed towards the older woman. "Thanks for this, what's your name," I asked her as I lifted the handkerchief and smiled when she said,"I'm Circe and a Meliae or Ash tree nymph, dear. They caught me in Yellowstone, damn humans." I was smiling and told her I was one of those damn humans recently and she nodded.

I say quietly with a vicious edge. “No. She doesn’t.” She responds coolly. “Circe would not let any other woman eclipse her. If a man loved another it was simply an obstacle to overcome.” She continues. “So, she plotted to poison his mate.” How awful. “Living Nightmares.” Theia reminds me. “Circe was especially gifted at potions and poisons. That, I suppose, is a story for another time.” The Luna continues. She talks as if we have an abundance of time left with one another.

They explained. Circe narrowed her eyes at him as I began to see some of her memories again. Memories of the history that she was taught and the history which she found in the werewolf realm. "But as you know, we needed to keep feeding to be able to stay in this mortal world where no one is truly immortal. Eventually, they die," They narrated. "So our children started feeding on the souls of the humans and apparently, that angered the heavens. . .so they sent the Moon goddess to fix it."

One of the best novels I’ve read in a long time. The author surely knows how to keep the readers attention and produce a believably wonderful storyline. Just as you think you know what’s gonna happen you get a curve ball. I will be excited when the rest of this story is completed.

His Mate's Silent Cry

A smile lazily published itself on her pale features. "You will, right?" After a long time of silence lingering amidst them, it was then Circe darted her eyes back to him. He stood still with his hands carefully placed on his back, hiding the sum of emotions from being read on his features. His eyes never dared to look into hers. "Worry yourself not CHARON, Amethyst is in good hands. I won't let anything happen to her, I promise." [Charon is Circe's parental name; She used it before she became an Aclina of NERIDA. Circe is the name she was given by the queen of oceans— Nerida. Since then, everyone knew her as Circe]
