Cami growled audibly. Even I was shocked at how crude Ren's voice had become. “You are taking what's mine, Maren Green, I will never allow you to take Devin away from me.”
“Cami,” I butted in, having enough of her words, “just stop it will you?”
Cami's blue eyes stared at me with pure anger and pain, “Dev, you don't mean that.”
I sighed, “but I do.” I kissed the top of Ren's hair, “I'm so sorry about this, agápi mou, but can you wait for me in the car? I just need to talk to Cami.”
