I said as I left the room, closing the door behind me. I wasn’t afraid of anything in the room, but the ominous feeling didn’t make me feel at ease either. Carrying the book back to Zeke’s office, I sat at his desk to study the book. As soon as I opened it, the book felt as if it came alive in my hands. It was as if a massive surge of energy flowed from the book and into me. “What is that?” Ace asked.

"H-How do you k-know all this? I stammered as beads of sweat began to form on my forehead. The book chuckled. I began to question my sanity. Was I really speaking to a book right now? It was a very nonsensical thing to imagine, but hear I was, listening to the words of a book. "I know everything about you Claire. I know that there is an anger and bitterness within you, one you wish to liberate. And I know how much you were bullied and taken advantage of because you were weak. I also know that you want to get stronger, but somehow, your training is not going well."

Charlotte insisted on doing it herself. “I thought you might like this one,” she said as she handed me the book. “It’s about a man who loses everything. Then…he tries to get it back together little by little.” I glanced at the cover. The title was dramatic. So I said, flatly, “Sounds dramatic.” She let out a short laugh. I never heard someone laugheed like this before. She looked so innocent and pure. Well, she was a budding she-wolf and perhaps still figuring out how the world works.

Pulling at the collar of my shirt I tried to ease my breathing, this wasn't my first book reading, but I always got very nervous at them. When I did these, I put my work, my inner thoughts in front of everybody to judge. I put my experience, my trauma before their scrutinising eyes. So far the audience seemed to be interested in what I was saying, in work that I had actually published. Something I never would have thought would be happening. But the book had been published for a month now and the reviews were beyond me.

Warning: This book contains violence, sex, and some sensitive situations. Please read at your own discretion Enjoy! This is my opinion mixed with my beliefs with some syfy/spiritual elements to it. Having an open mind here would make the experience of the book enjoyable. This book is not meant to offend or attack or even to give education. It is solely what I believe from My God to tell a story inspired by worldly events and societal issues. I say believe what you feel to be true to you. Dear readers, whatever I do,I always keep in my mind, "please don't judge a book by it's cover." I request you to do the same. As much as it appears as a cruel romance,this book has the passionate love we all crave for at least once in our life. This is my first book. I don't ask you to go easy on me.
