It was just for a short while, so what's the problem?" "Arranged for someone? Just for a short while?" I stood up abruptly, swatting away his hand, my eyes blazing red. "Ethan, do you know that because of your damn 'short while', Heidi, she..." My voice choked, unable to continue the horrifying truth. Ethan frowned impatiently. "What are you trying to say?" "Explain this, Erin." Erin approached Uncle Malcolm, curiosity etched on his face. "What brought you here, Uncle? Your journey must have been long and arduous." Uncle Malcolm's gaze drifted to Lyrien, his expression disdainful. "Bastard," he muttered, his voice laced with contempt. "What is he doing here?" Erin's eyes locked onto Aria, visible through the glass enclosure. "Is the girl inside the glass the Cursed Wolf that has all of Beacon City talking?" he asked, his voice tinged with fascination.

“You’re a fucking werewolf. Not a frog.” For the first time, Karissa laughed. A real laugh. She shook her head, clearly deciding to let the past go. Thank goodness. I didn’t have the energy for drama. I shifted the conversation. “We could smell wolfsbane in the air about a mile out.” Her expression turned serious immediately. She nodded. “It comes and goes. Sometimes it’s so strong I feel like I can’t think straight. Other times it’s barely there.” She glanced up at the sky. “It’s like the sky cursed us.”

I asked no one in particular. But until that question was answered, I wouldn't believe that I'm not as cursed as Caleb rumoured me to be. "I thought about this too so I went back to check the body of the very last wolf that died. The others have all been buried, except this one." This was one thing I loved about Cyrus. I can't let her come in-between my senses of reasoning. I paced to the study room and picked up the book I have on my table. I have not been able to get to another page. I am just at one page ever since. The curse is something I wouldn't love anyone to know about because I don't know how to break it. The curse is a difficult thing and now that she has known, the bond from our fate would act as a catalyst to put us together. I couldn't really concentrate on the book. I will open a page, read small. Before I know it, I am already thinking heavily again.

Calla said confidently. "That ain't going to help him anymore Calla. The time you kissed him because of your feelings for him, that was the moment when that curse actually reached him as well. Now even if you leave him, still you can't save him." Ashley replied. Calla clapped both of her hands over her mouth, she stood up and ran back into the castle. Calla went back to Ethan's room and locked the door. She laid on the bed and started crying.
