Dragons from the God Beast Clan also have the advantage of extraordinary physical strength, immense true essence, and unparalleled therapeutic abilities. Many God Beast Clan dragons die without ever finding their masters because acquiring a dragon as a familiar is no simple task. For a normal dragon, one must either fight and defeat it or gain its trust through one's character before signing a pact. However, for dragons from the God Beast Clan, the bond is formed through a soul pact. It is a warrior's destiny that attracts a God Beast dragon to them. Hundreds of normal dragons cannot compare to one dragon from the God Beast bloodline; these dragons are royalty among their kind.

I position myself so when he releases me on the ledge, I roll once and take to my feet. His dragon form is breathtaking. This is the first chance I've actually had to admire it... him, whatever he actually is. Acasia didn't explain more than that dragons have two forms. The people of my village don't know this. Somehow I think their fright is greater because the dragon is well... a dragon. They breathe fire, stomp, and snort during the claiming. They do good things also. Our land has few natural resources and the dragons occasionally provide a source of precious metals, machinery, and even cloth for our garments. And because of these things, a maiden is sacrificed every twenty-five years. It

I stood up and pointed at a green snake outside the barrier. “I can bond with him and pray for rain!” Leigh glanced at the mottled green snake beyond the barrier and pretended to persuade me kindly. “Chloe, there’s no need to rush like this. A rain maiden must ride a dragon to soar into the sky. You must be mistaken, seeing a snake as a dragon.” The crowd whispered as I pulled the snake toward me with my spirit power. “Princess Chloe is confused. A white dragon, no matter how weak, is still a dragon. At today’s ceremony, I’m afraid only Princess Leigh can put an end to the drought on Earth.”

Rosco spoke slightly unsure what he should believe or not. “That’s because she is a dual dragon.” Drezic spoke almost out mind. If they thought spirit dragons where rare. Duel dragons are even more. It normally happened with the ultra rare dragons. Him and Asrar where lucky to have just one. “She has a regular dragon, probably purple like my mother was and the all powerful gold dragon. The purple one is so she can keep her power protected until she wants to use it. I think it will be the one you will have no problem using the gems power with.”

Amelia POV Lord Wong was in a hurry. We went down three floors of garage space and turned into another tunnel. Next lift went deeper underground about hundred stories or so deep. We had several dragons here, and at times even the First Dragon would go to the Caves as we called them. The expansive space could easily accommodate about 100 dragons at the time, although I have never seen as many in one place. There were two juveniles with us, waiting to meet their made human. See, an interesting thing about dragons - they could be born/made three ways. The rarest dragons and most powerful are those born of two dragon shifter parents. I heard of some in the existence, but never met one. The pureb

Valmore nodded, accepting what Mallik just said. "We only know about fairy drifters, we don't know about the dragons. Dragons are a race born in fairy, so it must be true. Only drifters have the ability to see us, so it must be true. It must be that Dragon drifter who tripped the drifter sensor" Valmore agreed. Mallik thought the same thing. "It's not the only thing I came across this time. I heard gossip that this dragon drifter's mate looks like the late princess Catherina and she must be Catherina's missing daughter" Mallik shared about the gossip that the entire summer realm is whispering about.

Bones popping and elongating as his skin started to take on that luminescent glow that reminded me of an opal. Where once a man had stood, a great dragon now crouched in his place. It lifted its shoulders, its eyes slowly opening. Faint amethyst orbs peered at me. I pulled my shirt off, watching as he ran towards the edge of the cliff. Throwing his great body over the side before his wings started to beat, catching the wind, he soared down. I tossed my clothing onto the ground, my dragon was ready and my shift was quick. Soon, I was joining my mate. The moon peeked out to join us in our playful flight.

It’s a flaming bird. A phoenix. **I hope you’ve enjoyed Ancalagon: The Last Pure Dragon. This story will continue in Rise of the Phoenix, Book Six of the Elemental Dragon series.

Second Dragon, Third Dragon and Fourth Dragon laughed and joked. Darryl smiled and said, "The room is way too hot, so I'm here to get some air!" His reply sounded casual, but he felt flustered! 'F*ck!' The Four Dragons and Four Phoenixes were extremely powerful, so it would be difficult to win against them in a battle. Darryl had to think of a way to defeat them one by one! "Hey, Brother!" While Darryl pondered that, Eldest Phoenix winked at Darryl. "Did you come out because the beautiful master and apprentice failed to satisfy you? Do you want me to accompany you?"
