He rubbed his palms together in anticipation. "It's titled Annabelle Lee and was written by Edgar Allan Poe." She cleared her throat and started. All thoughts, all passions, all delights,

I press the play button and instead of it playing music just as it's name implies I heard my grandfather's voice,he actually recorded his speech and it says thus; "Let all human race girdle themselves together for death is coming upon us,no one can save us,the evil mark is here and it will consume us all.Be prepared for damnation is here, the angel of death has come for vengeance and he won't stop until he has sucked our blood to it's satisfaction.BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Novels, grimoires, Shakespeare, Edgar Allan Poe, Emily Dickinson. Wait, what? The Emily Dickinson? She hid most of her poems until the day she died, but looking at this book, holding it, it feels like everything she had written is in here. It's a lot, there were still poems of her that I haven't read yet, I never knew about its existence until now. I quickly opened the book and the pages were amazing, you know that scent of old books? This one has it, that one familiar scent of home, of comfortability, of coffee in the early morning while it's raining. I stopped on a particular poem, one I've read over and over again. I'm Nobody! Who are you?

That is the most primitive debauchery. In the light from the door, his shadow was long and dark. Uninvited, the words of Poe's prediction, now appeared in the flesh and in the form of the man before me: “Suddenly, I heard a soft clapping, as if someone had come. That's softly knocking on my bedroom door." Real monkey, real monkey, real monkey. Okay, that part was made by me.

My fingers typed fast on the keyboard. “Come on, work,” I whispered to myself. I plugged in the recorder and opened the file again. Static noise played. Parts of Mr. Havisham’s voice came through broken. “She got pregnant… pills myself… held her down.” Then it cut off completely. I tried recovery software. The program ran slow. A progress bar moved across the screen.

This is me. I look down at my hands. A black, swollen web of veins crawls up my arms and neck. My eyes and my throat burn as I bleed from them. I stand up and the inferno grows. The shadows scream and shriek. The spirits that follow me soon echo the Darkness. Alora. Alora. Alora. Iphigenia. Iphigenia. Iphigenia. "Alora!" Hendrick makes the fatal mistake of catching my attention, "Stop!"

One girl and one boy, smiles on their faces as they both let the wind sway their swings. An image of a girl with long, red, wavy hair flashed before my eyes and smiled at me, very tender and sweet like it would end my immortality. Then she collapsed into the floor. The vision went black. I couldn't see anything... it was dark... yet there were whispers. "It's her..." "Puoi permetterti di perderla?" "Take her..." "Sarà la tua morte..." I opened my eyes and sat down. My hands were shaking and I was having a hard time catching my breath due to shock. Fucking dream! No. It was a nightmare!

"Well, the dogs killed the last of these prisoners, suddenly, their growls turned to whimpers. With fright on their faces, they looked with caution into the air all around us and began to bark. Uninterested in taking bites from their kills, they began to back away. Some jumped into the sea, and quickly the water took them. We heard no more barking. Not even the waves of the sea. Everywhere around us fell silent, and you could tell the men were holding their breath, not knowing what to expect. Everyone wore distress on their faces, dread settled on us like a heavy blanket. You could feel the weight crashing on us, and it was then we saw them. Five naked ladies, bobbing up and down in the sea.

" With that, Carter steadied Jodie by the waist and walked toward the door. Staring down at the mess scattered across the floor, I called out for the housekeeper, Hilda Lukasiak. The mansion, however, stood in eerie silence. With a sigh, I carefully picked up the shattered porcelain bowl and tossed the pieces into a nearby trash bin. Just then, a flash of lightning split the night, followed by a thunderclap that rattled the walls. Startled, I collapsed to the floor. In my panic, I tried to get to my feet, but my hand struck the jagged porcelain, leaving deep cuts along my palm. Taking a moment to steady my breath, I scrambled for my phone and called the family doctor, Frank O'Connor.
