Said, Daniel, as he stared at the little rat who called him forth. “Norman let me tell you the history of a strong demon who discovered a witch that did not understand her potential.” Norman sat to listen to the tale Daniel had to reveal. Daniel knew he would be stronger invincible with her energy. When he set his eyes on her, he became lost. He saw before him a beautiful petite woman with her hair long, the color of wheat, and eyes resembling a pale blue sea. She looked as though made of porcelain, but she was tougher than the finest metal. When Daniel heard her name, it sounded as a gift. They called her Emma, and he felt her strength, her power.

Dexter shouted angrily, "Layson Norman, f*** you, f*** your mother!" Layson’s voice remained calm. "That’s your mother you’re talking about." Dexter’s expression twisted as he was about to respond, but Layson hung up the call. Adela couldn’t understand why Dexter reacted that way, but one thing was clear—Dexter and Layson knew each other. This realization left her feeling even more embarrassed, unable to face Dexter. Before she could think further, Dexter shoved Barnes toward the door and said arrogantly, "Get out!" "..." Is he in a meeting?” “No,” Emily replied. “He’s asleep.” Adam sucked in a breath. “Wait—Miranda, you’re not telling me you’re sleeping with him, are you?” Emily frowned, pressing her fingers to her temple. Adam really had no filter. “You’ve misunderstood. Mr. Norman isn’t feeling well. I brought him to the hospital, and he’s asleep after being given a sedative.” “Oh! I see. Is he alright? How serious is it?”

Norman's POV The mahogany desk felt cool beneath my fingertips, a familiar comfort in the chaos brewing within me. Natural daylight streamed through the glass of my office window, a stark contrast to the storm gathering inside. Damon stood before me seething with fury that would have sent a chill across any other person, but not me. I knew him to be a dangerous man, even when calm, and now, unleashed, maybe he was a force to reckon with. “You think you’re so clever, Norman,” he spat, his voice sounding venomous. “So cunning. Manipulating Riley, making Walker induce her to awaken her wolf, ensuring it only recognizes you as her mate.”

Rosalyn… the woman that Xavier had trusted to protect Valerie. “Maxine, are you alright?” She asked, studying my expression. But it was seconds later that she realized that something was wrong. “Kill her.” Her vision swung to Rosalyn.
