A bodyguard brought those books to her, and a smile appeared on her face as she gazed at her favorite subjects' books. She took little steps toward their bedroom, feeling discomfort due to the pain between her legs. Entering the bedroom, Ember placed the books on the bed and started checking them. She handed the bag of books. "What is this?" "Free books." "Huh?" "Uhmm, it has been like a month since you've came to the store so I've been wondering." She was avoiding Alkhun's Gazes. He sighs and reaches for his bag to drink water.

I dump my bag on the floor and read through the shelf while pulling books out and mumble as I go. ‘Even a book can be dangerous in the wrong hands.’ ‘Ignite.’ ‘Hell is empty and all the devils are here.’ ‘You’ll make bad choices. Sometimes you’ll choose the best of bad ones.’ ‘Tuesday is Fucked.’ ‘Everything’s a game. And now it’s your turn.’ I have a stack of about 10 books before I abruptly stop. "Next isle." I say and we walk up and down the library isles. I climb and jump to get books off of shelves and Aidan has to catch me a couple of times when I fell.

“What gift?” “A book.” She couldn't contain her excitement. They both have similar tastes in books and knew she would enjoy it without having to see it first. “Jeez…Can I see it?” A chuck escape from her bestfriend lips. It was the reaction Xiana expected from her when a book is involved. When the book was already in her hand, Ember jolted from the couch and let out a joyful scream. “I heard all about this book! I've been drying to have this.” She hugged the book on her chest and jumped with joy.

I asked, curious. “It does not look like much at first sight but I think it holds the answers we have been looking for and hopefully it will help us trace the people who experimented on Alex,” Emily said, then unzipped her backpack and brought out some drawings with strange drawing and a green book which looked like something I have seen before. “Where did you get that book from?” I asked while pointing at it.
