The Silver Wolf

The Silver Wolf

I wondered. “Nowadays, sparrows are believed to symbolize joy, community, teamwork, protection, simplicity, hard work, or self-worth. This hasn't always been the case, however. In Europe's Middle Ages, sparrows were believed to represent peasants and the lower class. In old Celtic tradition, sparrows were thought to be keepers of ancestral knowledge.” I became engrossed by her words and dared not interrupt her.

Take care of my heart

Take care of my heart

"Once upon a time, in the enchanting land of a Faraway kingdom, there lived a curious little fairy named Sophia. With sparkling wings that shined like the stars in the night sky, Sophia had a special gift; she could make flowers bloom with a mere touch and bring joy to all living creatures. One sunny morning, as she flew, Sophia noticed a tiny, wounded sparrow lying on the forest floor. Concerned for the little creature, she gently picked it up in her delicate hands and cradled it in her arms. With a soft touch of her glowing fingers, she healed the sparrow's injuries, and to her delight, the bird fluttered its wings and soared into the sky. News of Sophia's kind deed spread throughout the l

Master Blair's Fiery Pursuit

Master Blair's Fiery Pursuit

Rory raised his head and looked at Mable, who was walking upstairs, with an unreadable expression. After sitting alone in the living room for a while, Rory ordered Spike’s attendant to take down Spike’s drawings. Mable was the subject of every drawing Spike made. Although Spike was under five years old, he was a very talented artist. He could draw a portrait that was quite lifelike. Rory picked up a drawing. Glancing at it, he found a line of words written in Fasien in the lower right corner. [Mommy, I wasn’t picky about my food today and ate carrots and eggs. I will grow up so I can protect Mommy in the future.]

I was reading this story on HeyNovel but it was called Mr. Goodwin, Your Ex-wife is a stunner and have different character names. The story is good but stopped updating at chapter 300. Excited that I found it here and looking forward to continuing the story.

I absolutely LOVE this story! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! I have been unable to put my phone down since I started reading it. I do have one complaint, though...I wish the author would do some proof reading before posting the chapters onto this app because there are quite a few typos

Trust In Love: A Love Mark Romance

Trust In Love: A Love Mark Romance

His back still hadn’t quite healed from the last round he’d received. From down the hall, a voice summoned the girl. “Princess Sable? Have you seen the bastard Farrow today? The king requires his presence in the throne room.” Farrow gulped in dread. Sable would get into trouble if she lied. But she shook her head, easily answering, “No. I haven’t seen him all week.” More visions of Sable followed. She visited Farrow in the stables a lot. One time, he caught a wild barn cat for her, spent weeks taming it, and then gave it to her for her fifth birthday.

I ask withdrawing from the hug. "He won't honey. Remember today is your first day in high school." She smiles trying to cheer me up and it kinda worked cause I'm totally excited about my first day in high school. I haven't made any friends since we came to live in human world. "Yeah." I breathe out. "So....get dressed while I make you a delicious breakfast. Ok?." "Okay." She stood up from the bed, pecked my cheeks and moves out of my room. Well.....My name is Zara. I was a princess in the kingdom of Almelda, a beautiful place very far from here.

Arabella shrugged her off. “Stop, Sybil. I need to see something and this Is the only way. Besides, I have an idea if this works.” Arabella continued to the cave mouth. Shielding her face, Arabella got close enough to touch the tip of the feather into the entrance. Suddenly, spars flew; the feather caught fire and Arabella dropped it. “Well now, see what happens? I’m surprised you are still standing, Ari.” Sybil eyed the burnt feather and shuddered.

The Pack's Hybrids

The Pack's Hybrids

Thaelen sat on the edge of the bed, his eyes on the window, watching the twisting patterns of the host of sparrows against the sky, whilst Meguitte checked over Gera. She came around the bed and sank to her knees before him, putting her hands over his and looking up, her large eyes luminous with empathy. “They say that sparrows escort the spirits of the death into the afterlife,” she said quietly. “I have spent the last few days wondering if that was why I was given them as my familiar, because they knew that this illness would befall our people.

That’s the end of the 4th book in the series. Can’t wait for the next book “the rebels”. This has been a fantastic series & though the book spends a lot of time going back & forth into the past & present it allows for those who have not read the whole series so far to keep up. Well done Everleigh xx

No update yesterday-everything seems centered in the past. Aislan is pregnant she has 4 men that are too busy with each other to realize she’s gone and they should be raining hell on the trash that tortured them but she never shouldn’t been involved but all too concerned with sex with each other!

Collateral To The Mafia Don

Collateral To The Mafia Don

Where could she have gone to? My phone rang, I took it out of my pocket to see who the caller was. A smile tugged my lips as I saw that it was Sparrow. I picked up the call and brought the phone to my ear. Me: what's up dude? Sparrow: so many things, but first I would like to tell you that we are done with the blue devils and after that war, we had they would never dare to mess with us again. I imagined his face full of smiles as he told me about it, that was why he was my right-hand man. Aside from being smart, strong and a badass fighter, Sparrow was also reliable.

Frequently Asked Questions

I stumbled upon 'Sparrow' during a late-night browsing session, and it instantly caught my attention with its intriguing premise. The story follows a young woman navigating a dystopian world where memories are currency, and trust is a rare commodity. What really drew me in was the protagonist's voice—raw, unfiltered, and deeply human. The author has a knack for blending gritty realism with moments of unexpected tenderness, making the world feel alive and lived-in. There's a scene early on where she trades a cherished childhood memory for a meal, and the way it's written lingers long after you've turned the page.

One thing that stands out is the pacing. 'Sparrow' doesn't rush, but it never feels slow either. Each chapter peels back another layer of the world or the characters, keeping you hooked without relying on cheap cliffhangers. The supporting cast is just as compelling, especially the enigmatic figure who keeps reappearing in the protagonist's life. Their dynamic is messy and unpredictable, which makes their interactions crackle with tension. If you're into stories that explore identity, sacrifice, and the cost of survival, this one’s a gem. I finished it in two sittings and immediately wanted to discuss it with someone—always a good sign.
