Stephanie rolled down the stairs and as much as she could, she tried to stop the fall using her hands. She got to the base of the stairs and even though she did her best not to hit her head, she was unable to get up.

My brother! “Slow down before you fall!” the kind lady yelled from the back. Once reaching the exit, I tumbled down the stairs, hitting the hard floor with my hands and feet—precisely knee caps. It hurt. ~•~•~•~•~

Pamela rushes after me, her heels clicking on the floor as she tries to catch up. Before I can take any steps toward the staircase, Pamela's hands are on my back, shoving me with all her strength. I feel my balance give way, and my feet slip out from under me. I tumble down the stairs, the edges of each step driving into my stomach. Thud! Thud! All she wanted was to reach the second floor, and according to her, the stairs should be strong enough to support her light body. Grace continued to step into the middle of the stairs. Until ... CRACK! BANG! The last thing Grace remembered was that she fell down the stairs, and everything went dark.
