Virus mematikan yang dikembangkan di Rowan -sebuah lembaga penelitian rahasia seperti NASA yang berjalan di bidang sains dan teknologi- telah tersebar dan menyebabkan pandemi! Tak ada penjelasan dari Rowan, tak ada yang tahu pasti apa yang terjadi sebenarnya di sana. Ranu Tirta, seorang dokter vaksinolog sekaligus anggota klan Middle East, -gangster mafia terbesar di benua timur- di minta membuat sebuah formula dari virus tersebut menjadi senjata biologis mematikan yang sangat menguntungkan jika dijual di pasar gelap. Profesinya sebagai dokter menolak hal tersebut, tetapi dia tak bisa abai begitu saja dengan perintah Sang Direktur. Di sisi lain, kematian Danik -perawat kesayangan Tirta- yang meninggal karena terinfeksi virus tersebut membuat amarahnya bergejolak. Terlebih saat mengetahui ada yang janggal dari kematian Danik. Marco met the other man's eyes. He refused to make it easy. Page broke the silence. "John is guilty as hell, we both know that, and he deserves to be punished. Two years on Gaphas would serve the bastard right! But why punish the entire Legion for the actions of one man? The last thing we need is more negative publicity".
