Good day, dear readers. Since we have been on the subject of the Philippines Islands, I think we should continue on that theme... Besides its beautiful sunsets, Manila Bay is also famous for its “sirenas” or “mermaids”… during my time that is. I’ve listened to countless people back then, telling stories of seeing “something” swimming through the waves of the then clear and clean waters of Manila Bay. The local comic book story Dyesebel had its origins in these countless mermen and mermaids folklore as well. Besides, this isn't the only place in the world that boasts of mermaid sitings so one has to wonder, right?

It talked about how the miasma is supposed to be the blood from a godlike creature imprisoned in the farthest depth of the abyss and how it corrupted its surroundings creating nightmarish creatures. Phil was a little disappointed at first because the information might be interesting it was no use for him right now until he read the third page.

A good place to read and study. After placing my things on the seat, I make my way straight to the mythology section of the library. In this part of the place, you could see different kinds of myths; Greek, Norse, Asian and more. Upon scanning the title of the displayed books, my eyes were caught by a familiar author, Priam. I hurriedly extend my hand to reach for the book, but another hand grab onto it first. I turned my head to the direction of the owner of that hand, it was a man just a little bit inches taller than me.

It was placed on the centre of the tower which was lighted by the moon. "What is this?",I questioned them. "This book is the history of our people Emily.It tells of how the Elder Gods crested the first supernatural beings as well as this supernatural world",Aunty May smiled and then answered softly with her echo ringing in the tower. I opened the book looking at the intricate illustrations as well as strange symbols aborting what every page said. "I see pictures about fairies,werewolves,vampires and dragons what about humans",I curiously asked. " They were created by another diety .We are a folklore to their world though we live in the same world.",Aunty Laura chimed in the conversation.

Until today, I still did not understand how the title related to the book as it told about myths, legends, and folktales instead of stating why one should ‘U-turn from Myth

Leaving me with Matty and Shannen. “I’m scared,” I admitted to them both. Shannen grabs my hands. “I can’t imagine what you’re thinking, but I promise we will help you.” She says and I believe her. “How about we start your wolf education today?” Matty offers after Shannen went to class. Matty takes me to the smallest library I have ever seen. “Let’s start at the beginning. Selene is the goddess of werewolves.” “Stop.” I said, “What about God?” We then talked about religion and beliefs. This information is insightful, but it would explain what my aunts would always say to Father David. I can’t simply switch faiths. Maybe I can believe in both?

Cade’s eyes glittered with excitement at my words, something I hadn’t seen in him since his mate passed and it made my soul spring with joy for him, for his healing. “Yes. We have many of those.” He got up and went to another room, it didn’t seem we needed to follow him so we waited for him to return. He brought back five very large books. “These are just a few, but it goes into depth on origins, incarnations, offspring, some have been viewed more as myths of course. But then again, we hadn’t realized how they were already among us.” He explained as he dropped them on the desk. “Is there anything you can tell me?”
