Fruit Of Spirit Joy Lesson 소설 & 이야기

“Because it pleases. Because existence is more than survival. Because joy matters as much as hunger.” “I do not feel joy looking at this.” “Because you have never learned how. Joy requires practice. Understanding. Connection to something beyond self.” The silver Source paused. “Would you like to learn?” “I do not know. This is new. Confusing. Uncomfortable.” “All learning is uncomfortable. That is how you know it is real.” The dark Source moved closer to the garden. Sniffed the singing flowers. Touched the glowing trees with one massive paw. Looked at its reflection in the emotional pools.

Let the Love of the Father, with precious blood of your son, Jesus and with the pleasing fellowship of the Holy Spirit be upon us, I pray, Amen. As I opened my eyes, I felt the mercy of the Lord renewing me every morning. I was fine now. I grabbed my pen and started scribbling the sermon outline with verse God had impressed to my soul. God’s people had to listen how the message would be transformed them in spirit and truth.

Maggie, whatever lingerie that Joy suggests, please bring me. Joy claps loudly. “That a girl. One battle, a thousand more to go.” She gyrates her hips to the music. “Come on, ballerina, show me what you can do.” I imitate her stiffly and she cackles. “No…just, no. Loosen up! You got this!” Her encouragement makes me feel more comfortable and after a while, I get the hang of it. “Yes! Yes! Yes!” she exclaims. “Speaking of the word yes,” she says, smirking. “Let’s move on the next lesson. I call it the art of the mutual orgasm.” *****

KELLY THOMPSON'S POV The spirit reaches out, her fingers brushing against the plush toy. A soft light envelops it, and I watch in amazement as the toy glows brighter and brighter before finally dissolving into sparkles that drift into the air. "Your sacrifice has been acknowledged," the spirit says, her voice echoing with power. "The allies you seek will be revealed when the time is right. Trust in the strength of your bond and the love you share."

I took a breath, trying to calm the tremor in my hands. The choir finished their hymn, the congregation waited and then the pulpit light came on. It was time. I stepped forward, opened my Bible, and began. “Good morning, brothers and sisters.” My voice echoed softly. “Today’s teaching is from the book of First Corinthians, chapter six, verses eighteen to twenty.” I paused, letting the familiar sound of the pages turning settle the air. “‘Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually sins against their own body. Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you… You are not your own.’”

Xavier's infectious laughter filled the room, lifting my spirits and setting a joyful tone for the day. As we savored the last bites of our breakfast, I suggested that we delve into the spiritual realm by studying a passage from the Bible. I asked Xavier to retrieve two bibles from the shelf, and he eagerly obliged, his eyes gleaming with anticipation. We settled in the cozy living room, the soft sunlight casting a warm glow upon us. Opening the sacred book, we turned to Psalm 22:3-15, a passage that spoke of trust in God's providence and deliverance in times of trouble.

He wasn't sure his explanation was getting to her, but he knew it would later when she wanted it to. “Those words you see are from the scripture, the Gospel of Matthew.” He said. “And Jesus, when He was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him.” Grace read the words out, and Noah smiled. “I'm sure what they mean doesn't occur to you yet, but it will, I promise.” He said. Grace said nothing, or maybe she couldn't, and was already pondering on what the words meant.

Those were his favorites because he could methodically organize the clues from the whole thing and discover something few people were seeing. But this was different. There was no code to crack, nor a hidden meaning to dissect. It was all in the open, the meaning and the purpose. There was not a clue to be found because each and every movement she made was a straightforward statement of its goal. The goal to bring joy. He didn’t see the time pass by, but he definitely felt the ecstasy forming in his core. The performance was raw, and he never thought he would enjoy something so blunt. But how could anyone fail to cherish that which brings happiness to the soul?

We sat in the quiet room. “Gabriel,” I said. “Mm.” “Your father was right, about most things.” “I know.” “It’s insufferable,” I said. He smiled. “In the best possible way,” he said. I picked up the folder, put it in my bag and stood up. “Come on,” I said. “I have a lesson at two.” He stood. “Theo?” he said. “Theo,” I said. “What are you teaching?” he said. “The Great Gatsby,” I said. “The green light.”

From preparing hand warmers in the winter, serving gazpacho in the summer, to warm herbal teas for periods—all the care he had once shown me, he had shared with her. I flipped to the day I had a difficult labor. Evan wrote, "I can't imagine how heartbroken I would've been if it had been Jade who was in such excruciating pain—the thought alone brought me to tears. Thankfully, it wasn't her. "Thank goodness our son was born healthy. I can now live without seeing her again, and remain faithful to Jade." I froze. It turned out that the tears Evan had shed by the delivery bed weren't for me. The reason he had renounced his worldly pursuits wasn't to pray for me as well.
