I took a mental picture of the scent before my sight. My wolf purred, yes, purred. He was madly in love. Ruby Rue Rothwell, in a skimpy yellow bikini, was a sight to behold. My enjoyment lasted only for a second when an unknown male suddenly grabbed her waist and tackled her into the water, laughing like the funniest thing. What's more, Ruby laughed too. Laughter danced in the air, blending with the melodic splash of water as they playfully frolicked, their joy reverberating under the warm sun. Rachna and Rubi felt increasingly comfortable with each other. They swam their laps; Rachna's strokes were graceful, and Rubi matched her pace. Smell me.” “No need,” Rain dismissed. “You’re smelling like a wild beast. Go take another bath. Stop arguing." River cracked up, throwing his head back. "Yeah, man. The human shower didn't wash off your aggressive alpha energy. You stink." I let out a long sigh of relief, seeing them all laughing at my expense. It didn't even matter that they were insulting me. Seeing Debbie smiling and safe was worth every single joke.

Ryu had to take a tissue to wipe his tears of amusement. “I’m not joking!” Kyoko was clearly annoyed, as Ryu had just taken her threat as a joke. “No, don’t get me wrong. But... that threat was just too cute. You looked like a young weasel challenging a wolf. It was cute. Kawaii*,” Ryu said, wiping his face, trying to calm himself down. Wolyn is Debbie's otaku friend who is more manic than she is, or senpai—as Debbie calls her. One of the anime comrades that Debbie has. They are good friends as fellow big fans of Japanese animation. Debbie could not be as indifferent as the rest of the children who tease her to Wolyn.
