Oops, who would have thought? He stared down at me and for a second his eyes darted to my chest. "Eyes up here perv," I scoff staring at him. "You mean eyes down here?" Blade says cracking a half-smile. I raised an eyebrow questioningly. "If I looked up sweetling, I'd be looking at the sky," he responds amused, "now if I looked down, I'd be looking at you." "Oh how amusing, another height joke," I scoff with eyes narrowed. He smirked and stared at me. A muscle in my jaw twitched.

She took a step back, creating space between them. That man huffed and turned to face her completely, showing her his full face for the first time. "Ahh..." she screamed with horror. His entire right side looked unusual. His right eye doesn't have an iris, and his white eye ball scared her. The cheek on the right is very dry and sunken, pulling the skin under his eye a little. His right side made him look like a mummy. His left side looked normal. He sneered, as if he is not surprised by her reaction. After all, everyone reacted the same when they saw him in the past. So he stopped showing people his face.

" Was she kidding? How could she not find me charming? I scrutinized her face for signs of laughter and almost found nothing till I looked at her eyes. Although her face was very strict and unsmiling, her eyes were glinting with barely-compressed laughter. She was joking. I smiled and played along. "I charm everyone the second I walk into a place." "I wonder why I can't see that. Although I can see you have an 'annoying side', a 'bossy side.' A 'don't-mess-with-....." I covered her mouth, laughing. She tried to bite my hand and I removed it and gave her a quick kiss. "Stop! You’re sounding like I'm an ogre." "Well, then I'll be your Fiona."

' I asked sneeringly. 'It's my stomach, not yours.' 'Oh la, he knows that,' I said sarcastically and rolled my eyes. He leaned back on his chair with a dry smile and folded his arms as he stared at me. I wiggled my brows at him, he rolled his eyes away to a laughing woman. She was laughing unconscious of the things stuck between her teeth, then to another woman and her spouse. He just kept rolling his eyes around, when I got tired of looking and admiring his face, I settled for counting the shoes of everyone I could see.

I can’t help to roll my eyes at him. He looked at me incredulously. Then after a while, he laughed as if his heart is about to burst. My eyebrows gradually meet together. Annoying! He looks like he is making fun of me. Irritation crawled inside me as I stared at him. He dared to mock me, huh! Let’s see… I can’t help but sulk. Maybe he noticed my silence that he eventually stopped laughing to check on me. I immediately rolled my eyes at him to display my grave annoyance.
