I stood and followed the trail with my eyes. One of the guards cleared his throat. “There was something else, Alpha.” I turned. “The stride.” I followed him a few paces until he stopped beside another mark. This one was clearer. Larger and deeper. The import was heavier than the others. This was a full grown wolf. Mature.
