His playmate, an older man in his seventies, countered that move by moving the White Queen to eliminate the pawn.

Seeing the flushed face of the little girl, he smirked in satisfaction. "The price." John embraced Diana's waist, displaying a possessive posture, and glanced at the astonished store owner nearby. "Huh? What?" The petrified man finally regained his senses. Facing John's icy gaze, he trembled and stuttered, "One chess piece costs $15,000. There are 16 white pieces and 16 black pieces in one set, making a total of 32 pieces per set, and there are two sets in total... Please wait a moment while I calculate."

The girl was right. Without looking at Elizabeth, still feeling the pressure of the smile that spread all over her face, the boy approached the door to see what the other signs were. Conan's neck was covered in goosebumps. The lord was planning something and Conan hated it. Shadow started to plan her sacrifice. First, she had to sacrifice the knight first, so the F3 knight took on the D4 pawn. Conan gasped. He had two attackers which were his C6 knight and G7 bishop while Shadow had one defender D5 knight and if Conan took the white knight, they would go to the queen.

At this time, Shi Tian started teaching her the rules of chess. "Ying'er, listen carefully. These are all chess pieces." Shi Tian said while pointing towards the thirty-two wooden statues, "The chess pieces are what you move on a chessboard when playing a game of chess. There are six different types of chess pieces. Each side starts with 16 pieces: eight pawns, two bishops, two knights, two rooks, one queen, and one king." After that, he gave a short introduction to her, "This big guy is king, this is queen, rook, knight, Bishop, and lastly this is a pawn."
