Too Big to Fit.

Too Big to Fit.

I’d whispered to myself, smiling so hard, my cheeks hurt that night. But Dad never got to see it. Because it was never the right time. Whenever he was home, he was either too tired or hiding behind a smile after something bad happened at work. So I’d shove the journal beneath my pillow and listen to him talk softly while I fell asleep. My fingers brushed the page lightly, a faint smile appearing on my lips. Because being Sydney Walker meant surviving on good memories whenever reality got too loud. My phone suddenly buzzed beside me. I turned and grabbed it, catching Maeve’s text immediately.

RESISTING MY COCKY ALPHA STEPBROTHERS

RESISTING MY COCKY ALPHA STEPBROTHERS

Skylar's POV I was not sure if seeing Ross and Myron's spirits was real or grief induced hallucination. Part of me wondered if my mind had finally broken under the weight of loss. But I did not care. Real or not it brought comfort. That was all that mattered. I continued writing with renewed energy. The memoir flowed more easily now like someone had unlocked a dam inside me. Words poured onto pages faster than I could process them. The spirits visited occasionally. Always brief. Always gentle. Always encouraging.

OWNED BY THE GHOST

OWNED BY THE GHOST

“I needed the truth. Since you wouldn’t open up. I wanted to know the real story about the Ghost.” I looked away, chest tight. I didn’t know when I started talking. “I thought I told you this before? My father caught me with a boy when I was sixteen. He didn’t just punish me. He broke me into pieces. He kept me in cold rooms. Played psychological games. Told me wanting men made me weak. That love would destroy everything I built. He tortured me for weeks till he was sure that I was now hardened. So I became the Ghost with no feelings. And no risk of anyone staying long enough to hurt me.”

The Husband I Once Loved

The Husband I Once Loved

Another part—the stronger, newly forged part—knew I couldn’t silence myself anymore. My fingers moved across the keyboard with a feverish urgency. The manuscript, now titled *Invisible Vows*, had evolved from raw catharsis into something sharper, more deliberate. I wrote about the nights I waited in our lavish penthouse, dinner growing cold while Khalid chased mergers and Natasha filled the gaps I couldn’t reach. I wrote about the sterile hospital room after the miscarriage, the crushing silence, the way I had smiled through charity galas while feeling like a ghost in my own marriage. I wrote about the slow, painful awakening—the first client meeting for the Tribeca project, the thrill of se

THE CEO ALREADY KNEW

THE CEO ALREADY KNEW

I imagined her replying. "I mean it." "I know." --- The waves crashed. The stars shone. And somewhere in the garden, under the fig tree, Celeste rested. Not because she was gone. Because she'd taught me that the memoir is not about what you did — it's about who you became. And I had become someone worth remembering. End of Chapter 198

Unwanted Bride

Unwanted Bride

T‌he past‍ wa‍s a fading memory, a story that belonged to someone else, a person who had wa‌lked a‌ diff‍er‌ent path through a different world. DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH

DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH

"Is something wrong with the ending of the book or are you just happy that we do not have to worry about photographers bothering us?" Elena looked at her book, the one that made her a writer again as Nora Vale. ". " She said softly. "I was just thinking about the name 'Ghostwriter' that Silas used to find me. It is weird that a name that was supposed to help me disappear actually helped me get my life back."

The Ascension

The Ascension

This guy should be the one named Nathan Garcia, a horror writer, and the current owner of the cursed book. A headless phantom in priest attire stood, or rather, floated next to the unconscious guy. But just like the hanged ghost, it immediately roared and ran off at the sight of Leyte. It even let out an exaggeratedly shrill scream. Leyte blinked, then lowered down his eyes to the guy. "So he fainted due to that headless ghost?" He frowned because he initially planned to talk with this ghostwriter, but the latter was already forced to sleep by that ghost. He could do nothing but stare at the ghostwriter helplessly.

Quite the unique story in this website. I have read until chapter 50, it's a nice fantasy that is also like just a slice of life, at times heavy, at times just like a breath of fresh air. Only problem is the expensive chapters. Good work though.

Got Ghosted

Got Ghosted

" Wow! It doesn't seem like she can see ghosts hmm. Yes she can see ghosts but she doesn’t want to tell to other people about that. "But you can see ghost duh!” I said with full of sarcasm. "Yep. If it's a real ghost, and are you scared in ghosts? Opps.. you’re a ghoster remember?" And my crazy friend laughed as if she wasn't a ghoster too. "Wow am I the only ghoster here? You too" I muttered to her. "Hmm Aeshe whats the feeling of being ghosted?” she asked me out of nowhere. "Did you see the guys who cry when we are leaving them? And to see a guy crying with just a week of flirting with them it would have been a lot of pain that it caused them to cry like that." I said to her.

The Don's Forbidden Muse

The Don's Forbidden Muse

Our hands roam—lost, desperate, reverent. The world disappears around us. The ghosts stop whispering. When we break apart, I rest my forehead against his. The rain keeps falling. “I’m done,” I whisper. “I’m done chasing after ghosts. After Luca’s memory. After a life that died a long time ago.” He doesn’t say anything. He just holds me. And for the first time in a long, long time—I let him. ##########
