To the north of Elderwood Village was a swampland. This swampland was filled to the brim with various reptilian and amphibian monsters. One left. She turned, her chest heaving, her knuckles bleeding beneath the crumbling stone armor. The third monster had stopped at the edge of the mud trap. It looked at its dead companions, then looked at the human woman standing amidst the gore. It didn't charge. The chaotic purple light in its eyes began to pulse with a blinding, erratic intensity. The veins on its grey scalp bulged, glowing with toxic, unstable mana. This was no mere brawler. This was a Mana-Ghoul—a creature whose internal magic was so volatile and broken that it was essentially a living bomb.

He turned to Stephen and he was laughing. "Don’t bother them Callum . It’s normal. Elliot, where is Trist"? He asked Elliot and before Elliot could reply, Callum saw two wolves coming to them. He got a bit scared at their appearance and moved behind Steph. One of the two mighty wolves came forward. He was dark grey. Like thunder clouds. He encircled Callum in a judging style. Taking a whiff here and there and moving back to nuzzle the white Wolf beside him. Licking his cheeks he turned to Steph.

Even the zombies were not able to last even one second. With Greedy Wolf in his hand, Chase released a blade aura that was two feet long. A white blade flash formed into half a circle. Any undead that touched it would instantly turn to black dust. After about half an hour, these underlings were completely destroyed. That was when a giant, rotting old hag who was about ten feet tall crawled over like a spider. She moved with agile speed and made no sound, just like a phantom ghost. All three of them were shocked by her appearance.
