It has been ten years since then, and being injured so heavily makes him want to lose his mind from the fury and shame. Jared and General Markus did not know what the bald-headed man was thinking, but the two could clearly see the changes on the other party’s expression, and a gloomy air seems to have entered the cave while the black marks arms and legs of the other party bulged and wriggled like living beings. The scene is so creepy that Jared could not help but to feel goosebumps rising on his arms and neck. It is not every day that he sees a werewolf changing into a different monstrous species in front of his face.

I whisper, and he brings out a basin full of crimson liquid. Thinner than blood, but it has the same color and the same metallic smell. He slides it over to my side, making me nauseous with the smell. “Hold out your hand and dip it all the way into the potion, up to your wrists.” He demonstrates it to me, slipping his hand into the liquid. When he lifts it out of the basin, his skin is glowing gold. “I’m a Werewolf, so my skin becomes gold. Witches’ skin turn black. Go on, let’s see.”

Her inner wolf had already subdued to Marcus. There was a terrifying fear that crept down Giselle's backbone. Goosebumps had risen all over her skin. She could feel terrify it in every inch of her skin. Her instinct was going wild while her inner wolf kept on telling her to keep her head down, not to stare at the Alpha's eyes or else...or else the next thing she knew, she would be a dead body on the floor.

I asked. He shrugged and looked around, but I heard the sound again, and that’s when I saw it. A wolf. Goose bumps covered my skin, and I instinctively rushed behind Daryl for protection. “It’s not going to hurt you. What is wrong with you?” Daryl looked confused.

The bushes rustle and twigs snap under heavy steps. “Be prepared. We’re not alone anymore,” I whisper. From the shadows step monstrous figures, inhumanely large and muscular, with disproportionately big heads, green skin, lupine ears, and boar-like lower canines. They hunch forward, ape-like, as if failed human experiments. As they approach, we totter back in fear. “Werewolves,” one of them chuckles darkly. “You already have the entire kingdom. Why come here to steal our lands too?”

People cowered away in fear as Karen's wolf howled, making all the wolves present hide in a corner with their tails between their legs. She stretched, her bones creaking as the beast hiding inside her took over. Falling on her knees, Karen howled painfully as her hands and legs turned into strong limbs. Her skin disappeared and was covered by soft, golden furs, which shimmered under the setting sun. Shaking its furs, her beast roared, turned to face Rasmore once again, and charged towards him in blinding speed. Before the guards could register what was going on, the wolf was already above Rasmore, tearing his skin off.

Then, they loaded him into the truck and went back to the mansion. A few hours later, Nicholas got the chance to have a clearer vision of the mansion when Gregory removed the black cloth from his face. He has been applying his werewolf senses to know where they were taking him. But Nicholas could barely sense anything when he was having a hard time breathing inside the tailgate of the truck. Gregory then laid his eyes on the bandage that was wrapped around Nichola's right shoulder. For him, it only proves they took the right person when Sophia once told him the guy who helped him was wounded.

She was supposed to be unconscious! The girl's eyes glow a golden hue as she stares at Gee menacingly. She suddenly shifts into her white wolf and starts attacking the other two werewolves, her fangs sinking deep into their flesh. Blood stains the ground as one of the werewolves' limbs' is severed and the other's eyes are clawed. "SHIT!" the other one curses. "What are you standing there for?! Help us sedate the woman!" Gee yells at the vampires. "HOW?"

The third werewolf leaps at me, but I grab it by the throat and toss it aside. The fourth werewolf swipes at me with its claws, and I feel the skin on my arm tear. But I ignore the pain, focusing on my opponent. I grab the werewolf's arm and twist it behind its back, forcing it to the ground. It howls in pain, and I let go, ready for the fifth werewolf. It comes at me with a roar, but I'm prepared. I leap into the air, kicking the werewolf in the chest and sending it flying backwards. The five werewolves are down, but I know I can't rest yet. There's still the convoy to worry about.

Bones cracked audibly, and the man in purple made a couple of faint sounds before falling silent. Godber released his grip. His usually lazy eyes glowed with a bloodthirsty light. He spoke coldly. “Dead already? How boring.” Silence fell over the scene. The Nelson family’s shareholders and relatives, who had never witnessed such violence, were trembling. “Werewolf” struggled to his feet, leaning against a wall, eyes filled with terror. He couldn’t defeat Godber. This monster… he was completely outmatched! "Hey, now it's just you left," Godber said, his gaze turning towards "Werewolf," who instinctively took a step back.
