Taming the Dangerous Alpha

Taming the Dangerous Alpha

I stared at the map spread across the table, my brow tightening without me realizing it. It was the newest territorial draft, completed only weeks ago after months of painstaking work. The borders were marked in bold, dark lines. Mountain ridges, rivers, and dense forests were divided into distinct color blocks. Strategic locations were annotated with careful precision—high ground, blind spots, water crossings, natural choke points. The cartographer had devoted nearly half a year to it, and my father had rewarded him with a sum generous enough to spark quiet envy among the pack.

The Run

The Run

She points at the red X on the map, her right brow raised in a silent question. “Where we are now.” I answer. “Should we worry about how you got this map?” She askes and I shrug. “Took it off of a Rage a few years ago and just added to it over the years.” I say, turning to look at the paper as I do my best to lie. I don’t want her to know the truth of how I have this map, it might changer her perspective of me if she were to learn the truth. “Doesn’t surprise me. Those wolves have some form of connection when it comes to illegal items.” Grace sighs out, crossing her legs as she sits comfortably on the ground.

Second chance at happiness

Second chance at happiness

Liam: “This is a rough sketch of the plain that my men put together. We have marked areas where the cluster of people from east kingdom is more concentrated.” Everyone around the table stood up at the same time as they studied the map in front of them. Corenlius turned to Bari “Do you have any input? This is your land after all….” Bari was also seriously studying the map at this time; his eyes reflected genuine admiration as he nodded “This is definitely a very accurate depiction of my land. I can assist with a route to get to most of these places by avoiding detection.” He picked up a quill and started making dotted lines, with the house they were in as the centre point. Matthew frowned as

Moonlit Monarch: A Duology

Moonlit Monarch: A Duology

“This is a griffin map my grandfather had acquired years ago, and it has everything we will need for this battle.” “You’ve had that map the whole time, and you never attacked us?” Hannah’s jaw hung loose as she stared at the map in my hand. “Why would we attack your kind for no reason?” I answered, opening the map. “We don’t kill for fun.” She nodded. “That’s cool, I guess.” I averted my gaze from her and to the map in my hands. The griffins used a kind of shield to protect themselves, but on this map, I could see that there was another entrance that not everyone knew of. It was supposed to be a secret.

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

Otherwise, it would be a waste of too much time if such a huge Domain were to randomly crash into it like a headless fly. "Wait a minute." As Nicolas Gordon spoke, he took out a map from his storage bag. The map seemed to be an ordinary piece of paper, but when he unfolded it, everyone's eyes flashed. They looked at each other and saw surprise in each other's eyes. On the map, there were not only detailed symbols of mountains and rivers, but also clear coordinates. What was even more amazing was that the mountains and rivers on the map were all active! Even through this map, one could know which area was sunny and which area was rainy!

What happened to the original writer of this book? The new writer is a far cry from the first one in terms of style, creativity, dialogue and story telling. He has turned a once very arresting story into a very boring one. It is sad.

Reborn as the Wife He Killed

Reborn as the Wife He Killed

“This layout… it’s not architectural. It’s more like a terrain grid.” “But what kind of terrain?” Elias asked, puzzled. At that moment, Livia happened to glance up—and her eyes landed on a decorative city map on the opposite wall. It was a detailed layout of the city and its surroundings, tinted in gray-blue tones, with subway lines, hills, forests, and ruins clearly marked. She froze. “Wait a second… that map… take a look!” She hurried over and traced a line along the city’s main thoroughfare with her finger. “This line—it’s almost identical to the horizontal line in our diagram!”

The Forgotten Luna

The Forgotten Luna

* * * The maps were nothing like she had expected — not geography but overlapping boundaries in a colour system she did not recognise. Lineages that intermarried are shown in gradient, Caelan said, coming to stand beside her. Close enough that she could feel the warmth of him at the edge of her awareness — she filed this and kept her attention on the map. A solid border means uncontested. A dashed border means disputed. She found it immediately: the Greymere eastern edge, dashed, no confirming authority beside the annotation. Only a date. Never formally confirmed, she said. The previous Alpha refused arbitration, Riven said.

Wolf and Blades: Moonbound Blood

Wolf and Blades: Moonbound Blood

Good. I slide the stone aside and reach into the narrow compartment beneath. Inside, everything is arranged with the kind of careful precision only the Guild bothers with. Blades wrapped in oil cloth. Glass vials cushioned against impact. A compact tool roll. And a sealed packet. The map. The weight of it settles into my hands, familiar and steadying. The Guild never offers comfort. It offers preparation. Preparation is better. I break the wax seal. The first sheet is terrain. Elevation lines crowd the eastern rise and spread wider toward the hollow valley. Water routes cut thin lines through the map, marked where runoff masks sound.

Fated to Ruthless Alpha Connor

Fated to Ruthless Alpha Connor

His trembling hands reached inside his heavy coat before producing a folded map and a flash drive. I took both. "What am I looking at?" "The routes." He pointed to several markings across the map where red lines connected one territory after another. Silver Moon, Black Stone, Ash River, Blue Crest, Neon Moon. I frowned. "My pack?" The rogue nodded. "Not inside your territory. They pass near it." He swallowed hard, tracing another line that branched farther north, then east, then south. By the time I finished tracing the markings, my expression had hardened into stone. This wasn't local, and it wasn't even regional. It stretched across nearly half the continent.

Moon Gate Guardians

Moon Gate Guardians

Knowing the Night Gate Director not to typically respond well to Captain Armistice’s particular brand of candidness, there was an annoyed sigh that escaped Cazer before further explanation was offered. “The map, which Ms. Trenton has so kindly placed before all of you, is in fact Ineset. However, more specifically it is all of the roads in Ineset that were ever known to be in existence.” Cazer said. The detail, causing Allen and others to lean in more closely to review the intersecting and overlapping routes, he noted now that dates were scribed on each. Whilst there were some roads still employed, there were a great many that had been built over or had been relegated to the dismal backstree
