The Glory Thief’s Fall

The Glory Thief’s Fall

However, the intern reporter immediately sensed something was wrong, so she secretly recorded everything. That very night, an article appeared on a local Brookhaven forum with the headline: "The Inspirational Girl Who Claimed Her Cousin Hid Her Admission Ticket Actually Stole Her Cousin's Score". The piece maintained a remarkably level-headed tone, focusing on presenting a clear sequence of facts. Firstly, Naomi Gibson's actual exam score wwasn't the one she'd implied online. Secondly, the real guest of honor at the party should have been Stella Morrow who never showed up at the event.

A Marriage of Swords

A Marriage of Swords

Chapter 20: The Pact on the Rock From the shadows emerged an old man in the simple brown robes of a monastic scribe, leaning on a staff. Gasps rippled through the lords. Father Linus was the Keeper of the Royal Chronicles, a man so ancient and revered he was almost a relic himself. His presence here was a shock of the highest order.

A Rogue's Revenge

A Rogue's Revenge

Well, I guess, I don’t have a choice now' thought Evelyn. “For your first question, we are not being patriots here by trying to help. I can selfishly say that by trying to help you, we are helping ourselves. As for your second question, we didn’t become rogues by choice you know. All of us were once a normal pack just like any of you here. But they destroyed us. They forced us to choose this path. I am sure all of you remember a pack that was completely massacred nine years ago." “Yes, We do. It was a pack that existed, somewhere in Europe," interjected Alpha Blake with bitterness. "And we also know the name of the rogue’s that destroyed the pack. It was you guys the Night-Fury pack. WASN’T

The Rule of the Rogues

The Rule of the Rogues

What do you grab when you have only six minutes to leave your home? Adira was conflicted. Not about leaving, she’d never called this hellscape home anyway, but because she had no idea what to take; everything she owned and was allowed to keep in the dingy basement bedroom she’d inhabited over the past four years was easily replaceable. The labs, doctors and endless experiments weren’t something she would miss but that didn’t change the fact that uprooting her life and taking nothing with her felt odd. Memories didn’t seem sufficient. After all she had been through day after day, hoping and praying the ‘well-meaning’ doctors who worked at the lab would find a cure for lycanthropy so she could

GRAVE DESIRES: FATED MATES

she gasped, “Y-you we’re in on it this whole time?!” Gordon only smiled. His wild eyes told her he was about to make a move, but she didn’t let him. With one swift move of her hand, Roxie broke his neck. “Gordon… ” Walker’s carried in Roxie’s ear as they stood next to each other, “I’m losing all of them..” Roxie trembled, but she took Walker’s hand, “You haven’t lost us!” All around them there was nothing but pure carnage. Suri and Brett had meled with Valentina and Norman, two traitors from the Weeper’s.

Warning: My Mommy is A Savage!

Warning: My Mommy is A Savage!

“Come here, now!” This was his second time ordering her. Charmine was shocked. Anthony managed to retrieve the red wolf bone? He disappeared for a night just to steal the red wolf bone, and he even succeeded? At that moment, a maid ran toward them and fretted, “Sir, Madam, it’s bad! The red wolf bone in the underground was stolen!” The eyes of the two elders widened with disbelief. The red wolf bone was indeed stolen! The underground was located below the Granger mansion, and it was akin to an underground labyrinth as large as 700-square meters. There were hundreds of organs and gears, and not even the Grangers’ special agents could come back out if they entered!

Does anyone know if anthony and charmine married by end? And is momo really annabelle’s son not charmines’? I’ts just too long and I’ve spent a lot already. I wanna know now. Or else I’ll stop reading. Thanks

Author dragged storyline. Leads were supposed to be super intelligent but keep getting caught in others plots against them. Charmine has quite the low EQ when it comes to Anthony. She wants to be with him but she's also the one always finding reasons to hide their relationship

No Second Chances: The beginning of the end

No Second Chances: The beginning of the end

-the robber said with a low tone and with his eyes motioning for Chronos to give him his back without resistance. Chronos, with an expression of disappointment on his face because of his first encounter with another human being like this, looked at the individual and quickly thought: this place is not as secure as I thought, maybe "poverty" brings crime. For a brief moment, Chronos stood motionless looking at the finger in the trigger then without any warning the robber moved closer to Chronos in order to take away his backpack from him. Chronos reacted grabbing the hand with the gun and raising it up, this made the robber shoot twice to the sky and gave enough time for Chronos to reach his

something far more dangerous than ambition. Griffin rose to his feet and stepped over to the wooden chest beside the wall. Inside lay scrolls, diagrams, and fragments of ancient texts he’d stolen from the outer halls of the Ancient keepers. Erebus had helped him smuggle them out. Griffin had long suspected Erebus was playing his own game, but for now, their goals aligned. The next day, Griffin stood before a small group of Erebus’ followers—men and women who had once sworn loyalty to the Ancients but had quietly shifted allegiance.

how many chapters are there in the book and why do you continue to make Carlos a pain in the ass and a main character I thought the story was to destroy him and take everything from him I would think he should be dead not trying to be sexual with Nora she is better than that and needs better than it
Cassanova Writes
Why do I feel the female lead is pathetic? And what's up with these alphas always rejecting someone they like because she's weak only to cry buckets later? The book is very interesting though, I like and recommend it.

The Alpha's Obsession

The Alpha's Obsession

As Robin left the scene, he crossed paths with Leroi, who bowed respectfully. "What happened there?" Leroi inquired, his curiosity piqued. "Just a little problem, nothing to worry about," Robin assured him, not wanting to burden his pack leader with unnecessary details. Leroi seized the opportunity to inform Robin about an upcoming event at the mansion they had been invited to that night. Intrigued, Robin agreed, and they gathered a few pack members before embarking on their journey. The pack members arrived at the grand mansion, each one silently sneaking inside to avoid drawing attention. Leroi and Robin made their way to the opulent sitting room, where they were greeted by Mr. Thompson, a

The Stolen Alpha

The Stolen Alpha

Playing dead wouldn’t do me any fucking favors. I crawled to one of the display cabinets in the back. I used my elbow to break the glass, while Alpha Lex was busy kicking Eve against her stomach. He was so fucking focused on killing his ex that he paid no attention to me. It was like he was seeing red, and I knew he would kill her. I grabbed one of the silver blades, and it burned my hand, but I didn’t fucking care. I pushed myself up and removed a large shard of glass from my shoulder.

Popcorn entertainment in book form! I love this series: Alpha Osiris, The Iron Alpha & The Stolen Alpha! (Who knows, maybe more generations to come! *fingers crossed*) All the love, heartache, revenge, drama, just all of it! Keep reading, you won’t regret it!

This is such a good story! It’s just unfortunate that as you get to the end it starts to get boring cause of the side characters chapters. I skip all of those. I just wanted to stick to Storm and Aaro’s story. They are the most interesting. So it’s a good read, but hard to get through the end.
