Hades Castle Novels & Stories

Still not being able to see his face from the good he was wearing stepped closer trying to see him more clearly. “It’s ok Princess. You don’t have to be nervous, I’m Hades and you.” He said in a melodic accent taking his hood off to shake his hand, he smiled showing small dimples form at the ends of his cheeks with his fangs popping out with. He had his black hair with streaks of white flopping as with every word he spoke. Not noticeable for some or at least for me, he hard a 2 cracks like a cement bolt on the right side of his face no longer than the other almost touching his eyebrows.

Approaching midway to the castle they see a strange figure with a blue flame and big red eyes. “Hahaha! I see you were able to defeat some of my demon minions. It's finally nice to meet you Elena.” Hades said calmly, raising up his hand to the sky. “Where is the Queen…” Elena asked, getting interrupted with Hades' lighting strike. “Watch it!” Elena yells using a shield to protect her and Uriel. “That shouldn't be In your mind now. You should be very much afraid of me Elena. My name is Hades, king of the underworld!” He shouts as a loud lightning bolt echoed around in the sky.

He manifested a set of keys from thin air and opened a doorway into Fenrir’s basement. The Norse god stood by an eight-foot-tall holographic model of a castle that was only half-complete. From its high towers and turrets, I could tell this was Hades’ palace. This had to be what the cartographer had cobbled together based on Coral’s recollection of her stay with Hades. I glanced at the bottom floor, which was devoid of detail. My throat spasmed. How on earth were we going to find the dungeon where they were keeping the Hellfire pack?

“You are the queen only by name, you cannot hope to defeat me even if you tried.” “Is that so?” Both females stared down at one another, each of them not wanting to back down from the staring contest. The castle shook violently as their aura's fought against one another in hopes of overpowering the other. | Hades and Thanatos rejoined and with the remainder of their armies, the continued to proceed as planned to the castle, they were in no rush as they knew that those two would handle themselves fairly well against any foe the might encounter. It wasn't until the dark clouds formed that they started to get worried.

NORTH OREGON Castle is situated atop a hill, surrounded by trees. You can hear the howling wind and the flowing water from falls running into the river. The castle is made of gold, with expensive furnishings, decorative ornaments, and dazzling light throughout. Outside, you can see the blue skies and clouds as if they are in the palm of your hand. The cold breeze of the morning air soothes the senses. But not for Adhara. It has been almost a day since Jarckon and his men brought her to the castle. Jarckon believes that Adhara is conspiring with others who want to harm him.

He said, “Very good. I didn't expect us to meet so soon. This will save me a lot of trouble, then. You can return me the thing that your sister, Hannah Clarke, stole from me now.” Philip raised his brows slightly and said with a smile, “Hades, that’s a gift from my sister to me. If you want it, just come and get it. But before that, you have to defeat me first.” Arrogant! Domineering! Hades’ face darkened at those words. Among the 12 Sacred Halls of the West, the Hall of the Underworld was one of the top few existences. Hades was also one of the gods most feared and worshipped!

I buckle, bring my hands to my face and prepare for an attack, but she grabs my hands and pulls me down the hall like a spoiled child about to receive scolding in private. “Isabela, I…” “Shh!” She meanders through a few doors and finally, we’re in open air again, but this time, all the buildings are behind us, the main one far behind. Then she lets go of me. “This part of the estate is not gated because there’s a lake behind it. But if you follow water to the wall, you should climb over easy,” she speaks with her thick accent and very slightly broken English. “You’re…” I exhale. “You’re helping me…why?”

"No, Young Lady. Lord Hade has this personally built four years ago." Four years ago, huh? That's around the time I entered the Harvest, if I remember it correctly. "For what?" I asked Winston as I sip on my glass of juice. He smiled in amusement. "Why, for his young bride, of course." Hade had another bride? What in the world? "And who would that bride be?" I further questioned him. By this time, Winston was looking at me with such bewilderment he could no longer hide it in his eyes. Nonetheless, he opened his mouth to respond.

Hades just nodded "So are you in?" "Of course! No one would deny such an offer. His majesty, the great Hades Shaw, is cooking dinner for them" Ana said dramatically, trying to tease him. Hades chuckled at her words, he was happy that she accepted his offer. They drove to a high end area surrounded with skyscrapers. Hades lived on the 55th floor in a penthouse and as soon as they entered Anastasia was flabbergasted by the view in front of her. She ran towards the ceiling to floor windows and couldn't help but be mesmerized by the sunset. Hades walked and stood beside her, he was enjoying another beauty.

“I suppose I want to get to know the kind of place my woman spent three years stuck in.” He raises the goblet in a lazy toast, lifts it to his lips, and drinks the entire cup down in three long, heavy gulps. He slams the empty silver glass back down on Pierre’s table with a loud crack. “Guess I’m staying in the Ashbourne Pack for a couple of days now,” Hades announces to the crowd. Before I can even process his words, Hades turns, snags his thick arm around my waist, and yanks me hard against his chest.
