It glinted faintly in the moonlight, catching my attention like a hook. “Take this,” he said, holding out the ring. I stared at it, unmoving. “What . . . what is it?” “It’s what you need to stay in control,” he replied, his voice steady and unyielding. “This ring will suppress the werewolf inside you. It will silence its voice and keep its instincts in submission.” His golden eyes bore into mine, their intensity unsettling. “But you must never—never—take it off.”

The air became thick, unbreathable grim, making her uneasy. Hades wears an over-the-knee long one-shoulder black tunic with leather sandals. His straight black hair shines under Persephone quarter's fake sun, and his step wilts the grass that ignites soon after. He undresses, displaying his bare muscled body and hanging accessories without a single drop of shame before dipping in the hot spring. His corporal temperature brings the water to a boil as he relaxes, spreading his arms along the rocky edge. A slight tap has Persephone drop her dress and join him, sitting on his lap.

The music and laughter from downstairs seem to be getting louder, and I know we can't hide out in Jasmine's room forever. "Certainly," Hades nods, his eyes gleaming with a hint of mischief. "But first, you have to wear a new necklace. One that's red and crystal." I nod, intrigued, and reach for the dress bag to retrieve the first diamond necklace I should have worn if Anna hadn't suggested that small, glamored thing. I hand it to Hades, and he takes it from me, his fingers brushing against mine. He stands behind me in front of the mirror, his eyes meeting mine as he fastens the necklace around my neck. The diamonds sparkle against my skin, and I feel a surge of elegance and sophistication.

Hades nodded his head quickly and steadily. “I know for sure, being one of the people from Ocean Blue Land, I do have quite a lot of enemies who’ve been waiting for doing some harm either to me or to my beloved people around me. Therefore, I gave you these earrings with some of my supernatural power in them,” uttered Hades lovingly. “Thanks for always taking care of me, Brother Hades... Love you as always...” Hanny was seen drowning herself within her handsome husband’s warm and cozy hug. “My pleasure of taking care of you and our baby, My Hanny Darling...” Hades was seen fondling his lovely beautiful wife’s hair, head and back.

At least he loves me. Beside him were Elliot and Ana, his girlfriend. They were both kissing each other hungrily. As much as I want to believe in Sabrina's words, I think she might be lying because Elliot already has a girlfriend. "Let's begin." Hades pulls me up, wrapping his arm around my waist as Mrs.Romano and father hand us the rings. " I'll love you forever and always protect you," Hades whispers sliding the ring on my finger. The ring was gorgeous and had a big 'Pink Star diamond' encrusted on it making me wonder how expensive this was. Hades was surely spending a lot more on me than it was needed.

If only it was too easy to concentrate on her work and stop remembering things. Finally the son of a god had found out that he also needed a goddess to feel himself completed. The Son of Hades was finally a God. He had found his queen, his master mind, his last piece, his soul mate, and his goddess. And he was going to put her under his rules, of course, not before she put him under hers.

"As long as I can leave this place, I'll give up everything." Hades stared at me, his eyes as deep and dark as the Abyss. After a moment, a soft chuckle slipped past his lips. "The Underworld does not prey on souls backed into a corner." He raised a hand, an obsidian ring gleaming on his finger, and with a flick of his wrist, he rejected my sacrifice. "Keep your Sight, Lyra. Go and sever your mortal ties. In seven days, I will come for you myself." The black mist dissipated, and he vanished into thin air.

He snarled back, and the veins started to pop out. “Funny. I don’t understand youngsters. One time, you wield your sword towards your parents, and another time, you are best friends with each other. So complicated.” Perseus’s chin frowned. It was indeed quite complicated to a certain extent. It didn’t mean Hades had a right to mock him. “A bronze shield from Athena and winged sandals, magic wallet - which you probably carry around, I don’t know - and the lost invisible cap from the Hyperborean maidens.” Hades listed the items he had received.

“A few men have taken an interest in me. If I were wearing a ring, that probably wouldn’t happen.” Hades digested that confession, his jaw shifting as his teeth ground together. “I’ll get one today. How about that?” I nodded. “Thank you.” He sighed before he looked at the paperwork. “At the meeting tomorrow—” “Aren’t you going to ask me what kind of ring I want?” His eyes turned hostile. “What did I just say about interrupting me?” “Let’s finish our conversation first.”
