Sappy novel with mopey dialogues and dragged out bits, it still provided me with much needed solace. Time was running out for me and a book lover like me wouldn't- scratch that- shouldn't waste their time on books like these. But I preferred to not explore the masterpieces of literature, out of the fear that once I got engrossed in it, it would be physically impossible for me to read all the books in the world. And I would want to read all the books in the world. It would lure me to become a recluse, lost in fiction world forever. I couldn't afford that right now. Reya I didn’t realize that happiness can make a person restless. For most of my life, I’ve pictured happiness as something quiet and steady. The kind of peace that settles on other people’s faces when they sat beside someone they love or return to a place that fits them. I thought if it would ever come for me that I would fold into it and stop thinking so much. Instead, I can’t stop smiling. That’s the embarrassing part. I have spent nearly half an hour propped up against the pillows with the book that Killian gave me spread open across my lap, pretending to read while he works at the small desk by the window. I made it through a whole two pages before my attention began to drift toward him.

Like he had said, I’ll never find happiness. Hey everyone, the turn up for this book has been terrible; zero comments and few reads. The protagonist in the story reminds me a bit of myself, which adds to my enjoyment. Just as I crack open the book, my phone rings. Glancing at the caller ID, I smile to myself.
