She was slowly becoming agitated as Harry kept on staring at her and waiting for a reply. "That was a long time ago, Harry, how would you expect me to remember?" Harry raised an eyebrow, staring at her suspiciously. If there was one thing he was certain about, his little girl would never ever forget her favorite book. She talked about it a lot and it seems she read the book more than fifty times. Harry remembewred the fact that she used to explain the book to him, hook line and synched. "Well, it's Throne of glass..." He replied, still looking her up suspiciously.

“All kinds of books. I’ve ready fantasy, romance and everything in between. I’ve read Harry Potter probably more times than I can count.” “Harry Potter?” I chuckle. “Don’t diss on Harry Potter or I’ll turn this horse around.” I chuckle at her threat. “Do you read?” “I do, probably not as much as you but I do. I tend to stick to fantasy stories like The Hobbit or the Game of Thrones series.”

The sun was out, and the weather was beautiful. A contrast to the storm brewing inside the house. I signed and leaned against Mum’s grave as I continued reading Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince since it had been one of her favourite books when she was alive. I hadn’t been a big fan of books and only read because of Mom. I read about seven chapters before I got tired, so I closed the book and lay down on the well-trimmed grass beside her grave. Weird, I know but it always calmed me down to be this close to her.

I had read all of her books and all are a masterpiece and I had no doubt that the one I held in my hands was going to be a great read as well. I opened it and read the first words and I became excited immediately. My body danced with anticipation as I closed back the book—deciding I was going to read it all through the night—before continuing the task at hand. After checking the fantasy section, I ran my hand through my hair in frustration. I was already tired of doing this. I don't know who gave them the idea that this was going to be fun. I'd spend time with them fucking me so hard that I would not be able to walk again.

I chuckled. Nova smirked. "I was thinking more about a demon... the Demonic Prince." "Yes, that I can believe," I confirmed, and we both laughed. I took a sip of champagne and glanced at Harriet. Unlike Nova's and mine, her expression was oddly serious. Before I could ask her about it, she got up and pulled a massive wooden chest closer to the sofa. She opened the lid and gave Nova and me a nervous smile. "I remembered one detail in the book I went through today. I just want to check it again…" she explained, trailing off when she grabbed two large spell books from the top of the pile.

If so, why would human children love them so much? I’d heard it was because it allowed them to pretend they were werewolves or even better than werewolves. I’m going to read the wrong books to them and destroy their lives, I thought with another sigh.

) If you want me to love you forever, just get me movies that have a touch of either horror or comedy all the time. I really want to watch the Harry Potter series too. I haven't, and it's out of fear of being disappointed. I've read all the books in the series, which is out of character for me, and I don't want that initial joy I got from reading the books to turn into sadness and annoyance. Movies have this way of ruining a good book. Another reason I don't read much. I prefer watching the movie than reading, but I'd much rather not watch a poor imitation of a good book. So in order to avoid that disappointment, I don't bother reading the book. So, my actions are pretty smart, right?
