Hashira Novels & Stories

We didn’t want Hana on the Order’s radar more than she already was. Sure, we could bank on her family connection to deter some, but that’s if they were smart enough to realize the connection. She goes by Yashida in school, and that surname doesn’t mean shit to anyone who can’t look it up in the guild to know her mother. Even if they did figure out who she’s connected to, it might not be enough. Lower-level members in the Order would, of course, stay clear, not wanting to piss off the Bloodmoon Alpha. But people like Azer, Eliezer, and worse, Scorcha, it’s a gamble I couldn’t take.

Amaris This is getting totally too weird! First Maxon and now Zach? What on earth is going on? From beside me, Zara glances toward Zach and then back at me, a look of shock on her face. “Zach!” she gasps. “What about Rayna! I thought—You know she has been waiting forever for you!” Zach tosses his sister a frown. “I don’t know why! I have never looked twice at her. So, whatever it is that you thought, you’re wrong.”

Lada immediately stood up and greeted him, “Great Elder.” Though her appearance could not be discerned, her voice was melodious. “You’ve done well, Lada.” Youri praised. Then, his expression turned grim as he stared at Hirah’s corpse, saying, “Throughout the time he was here, he cultivated the Chaos Sacred Art and pierced through Heaven’s secret. He should have foreseen this. So how is he dead just like that?” Youri was doubtful.

’’ A familiar voice said behind her, and she turned to see Leywin. The expression on his face wasn’t as friendly as it had been a while back, but at least he was not angry either. That counted for something, Shira thought to herself. ‘’Vivarium – goddess of the shapeshifters. Is it not sone kind of blasphemy to name your horse after a shapeshifters goddess – it should be treason perhaps.’’ She said eagerly, trying to make conversation. She desperately wanted a friend, someone who did not look at her with scorn or mockery in his eyes.

Ryan whispered to her and slowly grabbed her hand which made her smile at him, he was a bit possessive about her just like Malcolm. When they were seated, aura took that time to appreciate the decor of the place and she nodded in approval, it was elegant and exquisite. The best materials were used. This was one hell of a charity event because everything was of the best but even at that, she was still feeling a bit unsettled. The man she was waiting for was not here yet, she even tried to call him but he was not answering.

She dialed a number she knew off head and called. "It takes great talent and skill to veil great talent and skill. Little Lotus, how is the brighter side of the world?" A crooked old female voice answered the phone. "Only psychopaths and manipulators can achieve hiding their talents and skills Elder Hoshi. Everything is going as planned thank you for asking. Oh, but a Hian Ji attacked me at my home and knows everything about me. I thought I died and my existence was erased with you and the other Elders' help. What's going on?"

There hasn't been a rider born in half a century, and even before, there was only one that ruled Astoria. How could I destroy her now? Her being half human, and Astoria’s vow made this complicated. “Now what indeed.” I sighed out loud. The best thing I could do was keep her in sight and make sure she didn’t realize her powers. Snuff it out before she did. I had Max. He was the most knowledgeable in werewolf law. He could help me. “I want—what’s the thing's name—? “Jezebel.” “I want Jezebel to come live with me. She will stay under my clan, as my ward.”

Eriva let out a small growl, her eyes glistening a light shade of gold, her fox coming to the surface. A fight between a golden dragon and a cunning 9 tailed werefox didn’t seem like a good idea right about now. We didn’t want to step into world war z just yet! We had so much on our platter to take care of! “Okay, guys. Calm down. Volkavik, that wasn’t nice, man. We need the phoenix, safe and alive. Or else we will be stuck in this reliquary for as long as your mind allows. We’ve been here for ages now, I think it’s time to get out and if we’re going to get out, we need HER. She is Grisha, remember!” Crescent stepped in putting his hands up. The fade scales on Volkavik’s skin faded and he st
